Positive points: The hotel is boutique size and really well maintained. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable.
One of the big things for us were the staff, they were so friendly and went out of their way to help.
I highly recommend the hotel.

Review: hotel is really clean even though it’s near the old town! no bed bugs. staff are really helpful with luggage, providing 24 hrs reception. huge lounge area to chill or just enjoy the food you ordered from outside. they also actively spray insect repellent in the lounge area! hotel room is quite spacious! however one downside is that the hot water doesn’t last very long will need to off the tap and let the water heat up before turning back on. the laundry provided by the hotel is really expensive it’s better to hire laundry service outside (right beside the hotel there’s one really good one!)

Review: We love our stay here, it is very relaxing. Tho the place is quite far from Ancient Town, you can easily book a grab car or taxi or the staff can book it for you. The staff are very accomodating and helpful.

Positive points: Nice hotel in a quiet area with several eating options close by. The beds were the most comfortable we experienced in Vietnam so far and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed walking to Hoi An village each day. The hotel staff were all very friendly. They organised our airport transfers, day trip to Ba Na Hills and tickets to the Hoi An Memories show. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
