Review: If you are coming to Hoi an, then look no further. The host was so lovely and helpful and even made us a lunch with the other guests to say goodbye! The room is very spacious with an amazing bathroom and super quiet! Breakfast is great too, you are able to choose whatever you like from the menu.

Positive points: Hai and the team were absolutely amazing and so accommodating the whole way through our stay. I felt so at home in a country that is so foreign to me. my first time in hoi an and will definitely not be my last. I will without a doubt be staying here again. The hospitality blew me away and Hai's knowledge of the area and willingness to help with anything we asked for was incredible. Location is amazing, breakfast was fantastic, everything was kept neat and tidy the whole time. 100/10 stay. could not recommend enough

Positive points: Amazing place with amazing staff! Rooms are much bigger than most in Hoi An so it’s lovely to relax after spending a day shopping and seeing the Hoi A sights, rooms have spacious balconies that are just a treat!

Mrs Hai makes the whole place feel like home, always giving recommendations and helping with everything, after backpacking for a whole year this place felt like home, excited to be back someday!

Positive points: Great hotel, very quiet area with some good restaurants within walking distance (Red Dragon!). It is not in the center of Hoi an. The hotel has bicycles and both the center of Hoi An and the close-by beaches can easily be reached. I especially like the hidden beach, which can be reached by biking past rice fields and water buffaloes in 15 or 20 min. Nice swimming pool, good breakfast right at the pool, and friendly personnel

Review: No complaints. It was an amazing time. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest . Thanks to the hosting family and staff for taking care of us. Good breakfast, nice and clean swimming pool, amazing garden, spacious and comfy rooms with bathtub(!). Definitely would recommend this place and will be back again :)

Positive points: Simply perfect stay. Great location just out of the busy centre, perfectly located between beach and old town. Easy 10 min bicycle ride into town or £1 quick taxi for the evenings. Really nice breakfast freshly cooked by the pool. And the most incredibly friendly and hospitable host. Room was clean, large and very comfortable bed. 10/10

Review: This hotel was amazing! The rooms were all beautiful, the grounds itself are really nice too! Breakfast and pool were great and the manager was one of the nicest, helpful and accommodating host we have met.

Positive points: We loved staying here, but luxurious room, great pool and amazing value. These things do exist elsewhere, but what set East West apart was the amazing welcome. We felt more at home here than anywhere else in Vietnam and would definitely come back

Review: I can’t begin to describe how incredible my stay has been. After booking 3 nights, I quickly extended to 10. The location is perfect for the rice fields and beach, the pool is pristine, the rooms are luxe and the extensive breakfast options are great. The main selling point is the staff Mrs Hai and the team have been exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming…I’ll definitely be booking again.

Review: Rooms are new, nice pool, reasonable price. Water bottle was not provided in the room, but it's alright, local shops are on the opposite side of the road.
