Review: Excellent 3 night stay staff were awesome really friendly and Helpful.Great breakfast and close to old town would definitely recommend.

Positive points: Early check in was possible, a great bonus. Good breakfast, the location is a bit on the side from the old town, but it's near market, and its a nice walk to the hotel. There is no elevator, but the staff is helping with the luggage.

Review: This is the 2nd time staying here and they treat you like family. Rooms are amazing, staff are wonderful and helpful, it is in a great location for beach and ancient town. I would stay here a 3rd time.

Review: Excellent- all the staff including reception, bike guys, cleaners and breakfast chefs. Large room, value for money, location, free bikes, breakfast, comfortable bed. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Towels for beach provided.
Could be better-difficult to regulate hot water, fridge never got very cold.

Positive points: Comfortable hotel in a fairly quiet location. Easy walk to the old town and close to some great cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the spa associated with the hotel is where we had the best massages of our trip to Vietnam and they offer a discount to hotel guests. We made good use of the free bikes to explore the nearby fields and to visit the beach.

Review: Value for money. A few minutes away from old town but quiet neighborhood. Pool can do more cleaning. or maybe it's just the time that we went. Breakfast choices are okay.

Positive points: The rooms are clean, airy, the staff is enthusiastic, and the location is at the tourist center so it's easy to move around.

Review: My only complain is the neighbors Chickens...I can't sleep because they are noisy at 04 in the morning 😁

Good breakfast. Beautiful pool. Quiet, good sized room, with a luggage stand. Bedside table, lamp and plugs. Free bikes for use, with lights and locks. Airport transfer and tour advice and ticket booking.

Review: Eventho the beach is 15mins on a bicycle ride away, it's still so nice to have the pool at the hotel that we can chill in any time. Facilities are well maintained. Pool is cleaned. One of our bicycle had flat tires on the way back from the beach and we had to push it back to the hotel. So please do check carefully before going on the way to avoid any similar issues.

Positive points: was very clean and good set up but was a little bit further than center overall was good. The staff was really helpful and clean. I recommended to stay there.
