Hoi An Pinus Boutique

Positive points: Beautiful location in the rice fields, friendly host, cosy vibe, beautiful stylish room, and of course 3 wonderful playful and happy dogs!
It was quiet at night, too.

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay! It’s a ten minutes bike ride to reach the beach or the city across the beautiful rice fields. They are free bikes available. The host was really kind and provided helpful information and helped us arrange our next transport.
Clean and comfortable room! The breakfast was also very good!

Review: The home is cute, cozy, super clean, and smells amazing. Especially, the host is very friendly and there are two incredibly adorable service pets, although they are quite small. 🥰🥰 I will definitely return to this home if I have the chance to visit Hoi An.

Positive points: A stunningly cozy hotel with thoughtful small details, a super friendly and caring host who himself prepares a delicious breakfast in the morning, with three very well-behaved dogs. We were going to stay for a couple of nights, but we extended it twice

Review: Pinus is a boutique hotel located amongst the paddy fields, away from the buzzling traffic. Its surroundings are quiet, suitable for travellers who love tranquiilty of the countryside. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean & cosy. Some rooms come with views of the green paddy fields & stream. Humble & homely, I would describe Pinus as.
The owner is sincere, enthusiastic & creative - he made special arrangements for our birthday celebration and we had lots of fun ! Pinus is certainly a great place for family & friends get-togethers or staycations.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Hoi An Pinus Hotel. Thank you for the warm hosting & hospitality, we will be back again !

Positive points: I was glad I found this Boutique Hotel, rooms are very clean. The Bed is very comfortable and the Pillows are great . I book for 1 day and attend for another 9 days .
Will and his sister Lee , doing a great job with everything and they give you great recommendation, in whatever you need . Can recommend and will come back here again .

Positive points: The owner and his sister were amazing: welcoming and helpful. They also had bikes to ride around the area which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend the boutique for longer stays, minimum 5 nights because the location is a little out of the way.
They provided fresh fruit on arrival and later in the afternoon as well. Fresh, clean drinking water was always available.
We were close to the beach and rode the bikes over. Easy to get to and really enjoyable to ride through the area.

Positive points: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Pinus Boutique Hotel. Will and Mrs Ly made us feel welcome and at home right from the start. Both were super friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing felt like too much for them!

We unfortunately came down with the flu during our visit to Hoi An, but we were well looked after and were given hot ginger tea, soups at breakfast and a steam inhalation which made us feel much, much, better!

Our room was well designed, bright, extremely clean, spacious, have high ceilings and are well equipped with the usual necessities like fridge, kettle, tea, coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast served was exceptional and plentiful and the menu changed everyday (ranging from tasty omelettes with bread, soups, banana pancakes, fresh fruit and coffee). The breakfast was incontestably the best food we had during our visit to Hoi An.

The hotel was well positioned amongst the calm and tranquil rice fields whilst being easily accessible to the old town by bicycle or grab taxi.

Well maintained Bicycles were available to us free of charge which we used to get to explore around the old town as well as cycle through the nearby rice fields. We also needed to rent a scooter for one day, this was easily organised through Will for a very reasonable price.

There was also a water fountain which we could use to refill our water bottles.

We highly recommend staying here whilst visiting Hoi An, it truly felt like a home away from home!

Positive points: Hoi An Pinus Boutique is my first homestay experience and it made me want to stay in other homestays in the future. It’s a charming, beautiful and warm space. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet - perfect for light sleepers and people who work remotely. Will was very helpful with all my enquiries and requests, gave great suggestions on what to see and do in Hoi An. Him and his sister made my stay so good that I extended my stay. Definitely will book again when back in Hoi An.

Positive points: Incredible place, perfect for a great weekend or vacation! The hotel is new, the rooms are fresh, stylish, and clean (the plumbing is also new and modern, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable).

The host Will is incredibly hospitable – the best host we've ever had :) There is a shared kitchen, and you can order breakfast (ours was free through the Genius program on Booking, and the host even asked us about the most convenient time to serve it – everything was delicious and beautifully presented!). Upon arrival, the host treated us to complimentary juice, there’s free water in the room and the shared kitchen, and free fruits in the lobby. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant it’s located in a quiet area, near beautiful rice fields and a river. Yet, it’s only an 8-minute ride to the old town by motorbike or taxi. The hotel also offers free bike rentals in excellent condition, so you can easily reach the old town on your own while enjoying the beautiful views. The host has wonderful dogs – very friendly and cute! We are so happy we chose this place for our weekend! Wishing Will and his wonderful hotel prosperity and success!💫

Positive points: The hotel is beautiful visually, and the upkeep is immaculate. Will who owns the property is the kindest, generous, and most sincere host ever. I normally stay in bigger hotels, and I've now realised that I've missed out on the personal touches you receive in smaller guest house/boutique style places. Great warm power showers. Free bicycles. Lovely breakfasts. Shared space on the ground floor. 13 minutes drive to the beach. 30 minutes drive away from Da Nang.
