Positive points: The facility and the size of the room

Review: Really great hotel! Great location, very nice staff (they woke up at 3am to prepare a delicious breakfast to eat at the airport). They also own the tailor next door that did a great suit in less than 5 hours! Would recommend for a stay in Hoi An.

Review: Little Town Villa is well located for Old Town Hoi An. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town.

The facilities are good and our double room was spacious with a large shower room. The pool area looked nice and clean, unfortunately due to the rain we were unable to make use of it.
We received very good service from the hotel staff who organised travel, day trips and laundry for us and a particular mention to Anh who was most helpful during our stay.
The breakfast was sufficient and they also offered freshly cooked eggs, pancakes or omelettes as well as a cold selection.

I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.

Positive points: We loved our stay at Little Town Villa! The room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the HUGE bed! The location is convenient just a block or so away from the Old town. Breakfast was substantial.

Review: Hotel is just around Hoi An historic place and the hotel is so nice atmosphere, cozy but room is enough big.

Positive points: This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of options and everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel did our laundry, it came back smelling amazing, the price was good and it only took 24 hours! The staff were friendly, kind and assisted us with so much. I would definitely stay here in the future. Hotel was not far from Old Quarter which was great, loved going for a walk and see the sights.

Review: We had 2 rooms, both spacious but we particularly loved our room on the ground floor. Had to wait a few minutes for our rooms to be prepared as we booked them just before arrival. Everything was super clean with comfortable amenities and seriously luxurious bathrobes (which of course the owner makes and sells herself). Breakfast here while limited in options is delicious, especially the omelette made for us. But the highlight of this hotel is the friendliness pf the staff and the awesome pool within a beautiful garden area. We hope to come back again soon!

Positive points: Perfect location for visiting Hoi An, very welcoming, clean room, nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Room was a little dampy, put enough Windows to let fresh air in.

Review: I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in July and it was the best experience I had w/the staffs and the hotel itself. Vinh, the owner and the staffs have gone above and beyond attending to all my questions and needs. I will stay again next time longer. Thank you for everything.

Positive points: The villa and facilities were lovely - the room was big and very clean, there was a fridge and TV in the room, and the window looked over the lovely pool area. The aircon and ceiling fan worked well. The villa itself is a short walk out of the Ancient Town of Hoi An - just far enough to be nice and quiet in the evenings, but there are still restaurants and shops and amenities very close.
Breakfasts had a variety of local and international dishes, with eggs made on request.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming - it felt like staying with friends rather than at a hotel.

Review: We had the best time at Little Town Villas. Most friendly welcoming staff who are so happy to help and give tips on what to do and where to go. Fantastic location, great pool to cool off in. Delicious breakfast. Bikes to borrow to ride around the town. What more could you want!

Positive points: Anh welcomed us the minute we arrived and provided excellent service the entire stay. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, and we'd definitely stay there again!!
