Paddy Boutique House Hoian

Review: Lovely hotel just outside of the centre of Hoi An, 20min walk/5min taxi to the centre. Great views of the rice fields. Lovely room and amazing service. The coffee shop/cafe was great too.

Review: A great hotel with excellent rooms and an incredible coffee shop serving a wide range of coffee, fresh smoothies and excellent healthy and tasty options. A comfortable bed and beautifully decorated room, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and helpful, we cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough.

Positive points: Really great property in an excellent location. We really liked that the hotel was away from the busy parts of Hoi A but not that far for a quick cab ride or even a walk (about 25-30 minutes to the old town). The views over the rice fields were nice and the location allowed for nice bike rides out through the fields. Our room was clean and comfortable, the owner/staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel cafe served excellent coffee, smoothies, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Review: Spacious, well appointed room overlooking paddy fields - really nice bath. Enjoyed using the bikes to get around - as quite a long walk to the old city.

Positive points: Loved everything about the Paddy Boutique house! The staff is amazing, the food and restaurant is wonderful, they helped arrange car service for us from Da Nang and back to the airport. The bathroom is spacious, but they should remove bathtub. The location and free bikes were awesome and you should take advantage to ride to the old city as well as the beaches.

Review: Great stay. Great room. Great host. Great food. There was also bike next door free of charge. The food at the cafe downstairs was sumptuous. Very helpful and responsive host who also helped us to arrange airport pickup at a very reasonable fee.

Positive points: Absolutely loved this place! The view of the rice paddys, the facilities and the free bikes included. We had a wonderful time here, felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

Review: Hotel is across the street from a beautiful rice farm, there is a nice Cafe downstairs. The staff are very friendly and smiling. The bathroom is very beautiful and clean and the bed is very comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in the room, but we could not get the air con really cold, it was just cold enough, this is the only detail that could be improved. Overall a great stay.

Review: I like the location and the paddy view from our room. Also liked that the hotel offered free bike so you can ride around without having to worry about the distance.
The room looks cute but we didn’t like the design of the bathroom which was separated with the bed only by a glass wall, felt not very private. The drain in the shower makes weird noises when there’s water running through.
We didn’t check the room enough to see the sign we’re supposed to put outside as a signal for room service. Would be great to have a note on this.
Slight bad luck for us, we found a cockroach, falling down from the ceiling just above the bed. Little crisis for the night but we managed to solve it.
The AC was not working as we expected, it’s only cool by the area right below it. Took a while to cool the whole room even though it’s not a big space.
Apart from that, the staffs are very helpful.

Positive points: Great fresh food. Best coffee we had until now i Vietnam. Beautiful view over the ricefield.

Positive points: The hotel offers bicycles for guests, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the old town and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the staff member who works during coffee shop hours was very nice and friendly.
