Review: Clean and new hotel. Cooked food at breakfast (eggs, pancakes) was delicious. Good location, not too noisy because it's at the outskirts of the old town, but still walkable to major attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. My only qualm is that the room is rather small, but excellent value for the price.

Positive points: Close to old town, quiet, safe and secure. Outstanding breakfasts with as much as you can eat.

Review: We had a fantastic two night stay at this hotel. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help and to make the most of our time in Hoi An. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel location was great. It was within walking distance to most places. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Hoi An.

Positive points: Tasty breakfast to order - our favourites were the scrambled eggs, the omelettes, bacon and mushrooms.
The hotel runs a pharmacy right next door. There's also coffee shops and massage places right next to the hotel - very convenient.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful

Positive points: Brand new / newly renovated. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town (convenient for both taxis and walking). Rooms were spotless and it had the best shower! Really good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. We were really surprised at how much we liked this 3 star hotel. It was great value for money!

Review: We had a great time in Hoi An and accommodation was perfect. The hotel looked new and well kept, room was big and clean, breakfast was excellent and the hosts nice. The location is also great because is walking distance from the center but a bit calmer. We would definitely come again and book this accommodation.

Positive points: the hotel was very modern, super clean, facilities such as swimming pool and breakfast was great. this is a hidden gem in hoian. all furniture, appliances and towels are of very high standard. we were very satisfied with our stay.

the location is perfect. it is close to the town, max 15 minute walk and there is a highly rated coffee shop next door.

hotel manager was able to provide recommendations for food places which was super helpful!

when we departed the hotel to da nang, I had accidentally left my medicine pouch at the hotel. the hotel manager kindly informed me of this and arranged a driver to deliver this straight away. this was greatly appreciated!!

11/10 stay and would highly recommend. we will definitely stay again in the future.

Positive points: Pool acesss, complementary breakfast and kind owners who helped me when I lost my bag in the cafe next door. They went above and beyond to help me get it and kept it safe. The area is walking distance to the ancient town (~7-10 mins) with really good coconut coffee next door.
