Review: Our second time, and we love it! Stuff is really kind and helpful, they'll help and care about anything we need, hotel and rooms are very clean and well take care, everything is comfortable, very good location close to the beach, to nice restaurants and to very nice coffee places in the rice fields, very nice and colorful breakfast, and also we could stay in the Silk beach club with big pool infront of the beach. Amazing stay! We'll come back again!

Positive points: Good location but not that quiet during the day since its located in front of a main road and next door is another hotel under construction. However, its quiet at night. Facility wise is ok - small gym, small pool. Room was okay

Review: Each year I choose this hotel. The location is great and the staff is always ready to help you.

Positive points: The property was centrally located, 3 kms to the old town and walking distance to Cua Dai beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hung all of them were great, from the receptionist to the porters helping with the luggage. They offered a free bicycle that you can use to go to the old town .The private beach at Cua Dai was amazing with pool and restaurant. I definitely enjoyed my stay there!! ❤️❤️ The buffet breakfast was also good , so many options.

Review: The hotel has 2 convenient parking spaces, a beautiful but slightly small swimming pool. The atmosphere is fresh. The dining area is lovely and the staff is very enthusiastic. You can have dinner outdoors on the lawn. It is quite far to the main entrance, so you can only go by car.

Positive points: Our family had a fantastic stay at Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, from the reception to the housekeeping team. The room was upgraded to a family suite with a beautiful pool and garden view, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh yogurt and sweet pastries. Highly recommend for families!

Positive points: The hotel was lovely with a great outdoor pool and lush gardens. The private beach was a bonus, and the breakfast had so many options. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist. The free shuttle bus to the old town made it easy to explore. A fantastic stay overall!

Review: please add soundproofing - could hear every single ding of the elevator, every conversation in halls or other rooms beside. Had some event with 50 kids when we were there, starting at 6am shouting and cheering, kids running and screaming in the halls. nplease fix basic things like curtains falling apart, shower door stuck and barely closes. nfacilities overall were beautiful. staff was fantastic.

Positive points: The private beach was clean and not crowded, which we loved. The pool area was very relaxing, and the garden views from our room added a nice touch. This place is definitely worth staying at.
