Review: Staff attitude and behaviour were excellent. I think they are not only well trained, but also have kind-hearted personality.

Positive points: Well, when you go on a beach vacation and the weather does not cooperate you are forced onto Hotel services to a greater degree and they did not disappoint. Staff excellent. Bungalow by the beach with the crashing waves (see weather) worth the extra money. Pool delightful if we had been brave enough to get into it with the rain pouring down.

Review: Resort almost empty early part of December. Pool is nice but other facilities seem old. Staff could be more smiley and provide more personalised service since the resort is so empty. Nothing much in vicinity

Positive points: Excellent breakfast buffet was included. Front desk staff was very helpful. The lodge and room were very comfortable. There is a shuttle bus into town 3x per day for convenience, but a taxi only costs 100,000 (about $4). We had use of the umbrellas since we were there during winter. The beach and pool look like they would be beautiful during the summer season would love to return! We also enjoyed the spa, where the service was wonderful.

Review: This like all Victoria hotels is amazing. Fabulous Indochina architecture with so much history, staff, pool and gym first class with great games room, library and bar. I enjoyed using the bikes to explore this side of Hoi An.

Review: The staff are attentive and personable, with honest recommendations. They made us feel safe and attended to all needs. It was so nice to see Tuan’s smiling face everyday. The daily breakfast has a delicious rotation with the chefs cooking to our preferences with care. Even the staff providing the towels by the pool are friendly, caring and earnest. There is a great range of activities available including yoga and kayaking. We’d be happy to come back to Victoria Hỏi An for our next visit. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so pleasurable!
