Positive points: Our New Year’s stay at this Wydham hotel was exceptional and well worth the value. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job throughout our stay. Despite the busy holiday season, all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and polite even during long shifts. A special thanks to Yummy, the FOH Manager, and her team for their outstanding care and overall assistance with tour reservations and other arrangements. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Review: We had a lovely stay at the Wyndham Garden in Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room clean and had character, although the doors in our room were made for hobbits. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've had compared to other hotels of similar standard. We had a room overlooking the river, which presented a nice view. The beach was just over the road and we would take early morning dips before hopping on our hired scooter to spend the day exploring Hoi An. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Garden. Highly recommended.

Review: The interior is tastefully done in the indochine style of decor and they have a nice quiet location for those who want peace. It’s close to the beach although the new construction is in the way of you seeing it. There’s also shuttle to the beach and town although not frequent and I wasn’t able to use it. Grab app was easy to use and not much wait time though.

The front desk staff was so helpful and even got us an early check in knowing we were tired. They can’t be faulted with anything really. The room maid was a sweetheart. I did get my laundry done and it was nicely ironed and hung up when I got back.

Breakfast spread was good and varied. I enjoyed it every morning with my iced Vietnamese coffee. The only negative I can think of is there was mold among the bathtub and sink. I understand Vietnam could be quite humid but I imagine a good dousing of bleach once a week should solve it?

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Positive points: A free service to and from "old town" and/or nearby beach everyday was a big help. The breakfast included almost everything you may want to have as breakfast.

Positive points: Really beautiful hotel and friendly, caring staff. Unfortunately wasted as the weather was terrible so couldn’t take advantage of the beach or pool. In decent weather would have been stunning
