- moldy room, broken shower, dirty towels, one whole day no electricity, warm water and wifi

Review: I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it just wasn't the most comfiest bed. They would often clean the rooms and whole hotel with cleaning products that were so intense that we had to leave the hotel. Other than that, the staff is so very nice and helpful, always a smile on their faces. The breakfast offered is one of the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time BANANA PANCAKES FOR THE WIN. Free bike rental which is a nice. 4 minutes to the beach by walking and close to many restaurants. Loved our stay here, even though the beds are as hard as a table.!!

I came to Vietnam to recover from recent shoulder surgery. After 15 stays in Hoi An over 8 years I opted for a sea change and found Tri Tran on TA.
Wow. Within minutes of booking online I was contacted by the owner, Long, asking if he could assist in transport or anything else. Perfect.
Long and his staff, Dung, Tran and Hoa could not have been more helpful. I chose a balcony room which was fantastic. Big and clean, the bedding was so comfortable and the bathroom was ideal. Free bicycles are available as well as beach towels and other conveniences.
Tri Tran is ideally situated within 50 metres of restaurants, street stalls and the local market. A short walk of a few minutes gets you to main Cua dai beach or one of many beach restaurants.
With the new bridge diverting a lot of traffic from the town, Cua dai has returned to an idyllic beach village.
