Viet Long Hoi An Beach Hotel

Review: Very happy with the overall service. All staff were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in at 2am. The room was spacious with a balcony that had a sea view. Overall would highly recommend!

Review: Hotel was empty, bad sign. So far from everything and staff was pushing us to answer what we wanted for breakfast the next day each time. Just go somewhere else.

Positive points: The local artwork on the walls gave the place a unique touch.

Review: The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Quiet hotel in a quiet area. My only complaint was that the “ocean view” from the balcony was completely obstructed by a massive tree. I’m not sure about all the rooms, but from mine and several other you couldn’t see the ocean at all

Positive points: Housekeeping noticed we used extra towels and left more without us asking.

Review: I like this hotel. It’s conveniently close to the beach if you’re coming to the city to go to the beach. However the markets and the street night life is a bit far away. Staff was sweet and caring.

Positive points: The only nice thing in this hotel was personal- super kind and helpful ladies at reception. And i must say it was clean enough in standards of Vietnam. I guess the beach has some added value during hot season, on January all the beach clubs where closed...

Review: Wonderfull owner working the desk. Very helpfull. Access across street to large pool and the ocean at low tide. Sorry that we didn't realize how far from town our location was, good hour to old town Hoi An much without side walk much of the way when on foot. Ended up renting a scooter to allow us to dine out in Hoi An for diner.

Positive points: We called housekeeping at midnight for extra blankets, and they arrived promptly.

Review: The staff were wonderful from start to finish. We arrived very early from a night bus and they accommodated us by letting us check in at an unusual time. The hotel was clean and well presented and had a decent area to relax with a small swimming pool to cool off in. The breakfasts were good and prompt from 6.30 to 9.30am. We chose this hotel as a beach base, and the hotel is situated between the two main beaches, both just a half hour walk away. The town centre and main tourist area is around 5km away, a very cheap taxi ride, or even cheaper, you can cycle in bikes provided by the hotel!

The only downside was that the beach directly across from the hotel is covered in giant sand bags which rendered it unusable - so we had to walk that half hour, or cycle, to the next beaches in either direction. It was also off season so pretty quiet in the area. This is no fault of the hotel though, we were happy with the quiet chill and we didn’t mind the walk & cycle. Overall we had a great stay!

Positive points: The entire place smelled fresh, no trace of stale air or old carpeting.

Review: Beach is washed out nothing to do

Positive points: They upgraded us to a better view when they noticed we were celebrating an anniversary.
