Positive points: Amazing value for money, the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. The restaurant that is literally next door is one of the best we tried on our trip. Very close to the ferry to go to Cham island (5 minutes by foot) so is perfect if that's your next stop.

Positive points: The distance to the harbour to get to the Cham islands was great.
The stuff was friendly and supportive, they gave many information on attrations etc.
It was nice to have a balcony and the room was really cheap.

Positive points: Mr Dong is so friendly. He picked me up from the hostel and also brought me to the airport for very good price. And he can help you with booking of all kind of tours or transport! The hotel is in a very peaceful area, I liked it when you want to be away of the busy streets for a day.

Positive points: First and foremost, it's one of the places I could stay with my dog comfortably. The room was spacious, and lots of territory around the hotel for my dog to run.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
And if you enjoy the decadent vibes, this place is the best choice.
It's situated super close to the port, great for your cham islands trips.
As for commodities, it has an ac, hot water, clean bed and a communal kitchen (ever cooked at the professional hotel kitchen? It's your chance!)

Positive points: Me dong is very helpful, always offering services to help and organising our pick up and da nang train station and boat tickets for Cham island. There is a mini market and a beach all in a couple of minutes walk away. The beds were very soft and comfortable compared to all other beds we’ve had in Vietnam! If you’re looking for a budget room then this is it!

Review: I swear to God, by far this is one of the most disappointing and worst hotels I have ever been to because of their irresponsibility and the dishonesty of the staff working for the hotel. I booked the room through Agoda but they didn’t accept the reservations, claiming that Agoda takes more commissions from them, so they weren’t willing to honor the price I already paid upfront and I haven’t received a refund yet. I asked them to help me find a backup plan since I traveled a long distance from Hue (which is 130km away). They completely ignored me as if they had done their best and felt no guilt for such actions. I don't recommend you come here at all since this business is absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, unreliable, and totally irresponsible. And after I sent out my complaints, they got into the chat box and messaged me "FUCK," so if you want to enjoy their customer service, I hope you won’t go through what I experienced.

Positive points: Great place and afordable

Review: I chose this place because it is convenient for the Futa bus route to Hoi An (Cua Dai dock). I booked on Agoda for 161k/day and am very satisfied. Regarding the location: I don't rate it highly, because it's about 7km away from the ancient town, so cycling can be a bit tiring (I cycled from Cua Dai beach to the ancient town of Hoi An - Bay Mau coconut forest, a total of 24km, very enjoyable). About the staff: the manager and the cleaning lady are nice. Since it was already evening and there were no motorbikes available for rent, the manager lent me a bike for free. The next morning, I was also able to borrow a bicycle for free. Regarding the room: I think this area seems a bit old it looks a bit dated from the outside. The room is spacious, clean, relatively well-equipped, has a wardrobe, slippers, air conditioning, a fan, a spacious bathroom, and is well cleaned. The room is about 28.88m2 (7.6mX3.8m), has a balcony and a drying rack. The view is also ordinary because there’s a military area outside. If I have the chance to visit Hoi An again, I will bring my family here it’s spacious and airy. I rate it 10/10.

Positive points: Staff and Mr.Dong were very friendly and helpful! The location is near the pier if you'd like to go Cham Islands (walking distance). However, we did not go there since we missed the boat. Go early in the morning, between 7.30&8.30 because speed boats are only driving in the morning! I'd suggest asking Mr.Dong regarding the schedule and options.
Mr.Dong was in touch with us via whatsapp and since we missed the boat, he helped us renting a motorbike in like 15 minutes (they delivered it to the hotel) so we spent the day on the bike, exploring the area (went to Khu du lịch Suối Tiên and to My Son -it's a quite long drive, but totaly worth it!)

By the hotel there is a mini market with snacks, drinks etc., where very friendly lady is working.

Yes, hotel is not new. Beds are hard, but we actually slept pretty good. Yes, it gives you a bit creepy vibe, specially if you arrive to the hotel in the late evening as we did. BUT - it is safe, they are very friendly and helpful (use google translator if you have trouble speaking with the staff), its peacful area and its definitly great price performance.

Một lựa chọn giá rẻ tuyệt vời, cảm ơn vì kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi.

Review: Chúng tôi đã ở lại một đêm ở đây để dừng chân tại Hội An. Nó đủ tốt cho những gì chúng tôi cần. Khoảng 10 phút lái xe đến phố cổ Hội An, tuy nhiên khách sạn cung cấp taxi rẻ hơn so với Grab. Đó là địa điểm hoàn hảo vào mùa hè nếu bạn định đi thuyền đến đảo Chàm. Bãi biển cũng chỉ cách đó 5 phút lái xe. Nó cũng rất yên bình và không có nhiều xe hơi hay xe máy xung quanh. Không thể phàn nàn về giá cả vì đây là một trong những nơi giá rẻ nhất để ở lại ở Hội An.

Review: Chúng tôi chỉ ở lại một đêm và có mọi thứ chúng tôi cần và hơn thế nữa: cảnh biển đẹp từ ban công, hai chiếc giường lớn và thoải mái, một ấm đun nước, wifi tốt và tủ quần áo. Các chủ nhà rất thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tốt nhất cho chúng tôi vì chúng tôi đã đi thuyền chỉ cách đó 5 phút vào sáng sớm.
