Bellerive Hoi An Resort and Spa

Review: We booked 2 rooms with 1 extra bed. The extra bed is almost the same price with the private room. It is unbelievable. It should be adjusted between 500-700k vnd instead of 1mil as the policy.
However, they free upgraded 1 garden view room to river view. We highly appreciate for that.
Staff here are nice but lack of smiling, especially staff from restaurant and pool.

Positive points: we had a whole villa by he main pool. we had three rooms and a living room with our own swimming pool. we were given complimentary massages and high tea as well as cocktails. the staff were very very nice and the breakfast was excellent choice but maybe a bit more international would have been better. They gave us great tips on where to go to specially for New Years and their shuttle to the city is a very easy way for everyone to use.

The resort also provides a convenient shuttle bus service to the ancient town, making it easy for my family and me to explore Hoi An without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend Bellerive Hoi An for anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Positive points: We had the best stay here, staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much.
The food never let us down, breakfast was great with lots of choices, snacks and drinks at the lounge or pool were both delicious and incredibly cheap considering the location. Our room was fab, this came with a free massage and daily afternoon tea, both amazing.
Not forgetting the hotels dogs, the little Pomeranians which are so welcoming.
Hoi An, the hotel and its staff have been a real surprise and exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend, will definitely return to the hotel again.

Review: I recently stayed at Bellerive Hoi An Resort & Spa and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a river-view room, which was very beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty food, including fresh fruits and a nice bakery section. I also tried the 90-minute spa, which was relaxing and well worth it. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything, even small requests, which made my stay even better. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to and from the old town, which was very convenient. One special highlight was meeting the two adorable dogs, Tom Tom and Icy, who were very cute and playful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back soon!

Positive points: Ty from the spa was amazing and the other young lady (forgot her name was great too, she stayed late because there was a misunderstanding between 1900 and 9pm for the opening times). Tuan was the most friendly at breakfast and my family loved her she took very good care of us. Daniel the manager also made sure that we were well taken care of. The afternoon tea and the free massages added exceptional value. The property is beautiful the rooms are spacious and very clean.
