Review: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Offered to help with anything I needed. Driver spoke good English and was very knowledgeable.

Negative points: All. The property is totally different that as shown. Lots of mould, it's so creepy

It almost looks like an abandoned building when u arrive there was no reception for 10 to 15 mins
The room was ok clean and big enough but I couldn't work the tv so I tracked down reception and they just said no tv on that floor but didn't offer to move to another room with a working tv
Positive points: It is in front of the sea and very close to the tourism habour.
Negative points: TV network was down and funiture was so old
Review: The air is fresh, airy, and quiet, making it worth a long stay for relaxation.
Positive points: The room was as per the photos, it was clean with sheets and towels changed regularly. The air con worked as did the ceiling fan.
Negative points: Understand there has been extensive storm damage to the building and is only part operational. There are no other facilities other than what is in the room. There is a small corner beach up the road a little way but the first main beach is approx. 2 km up the road. There are no restaurants close by. Some stalls open in the evening serving poor quality food about 1 km up the road and seafood restaurants a further km away. For a choice of restaurants serving good quality food you need to go to Cua Dai 3 km away. The hotel doesn't have bicycles or bus so that means walking or taxi.

Negative points: Cánh cửa gỗ chính ra vào cũ, sệ xuống khi đóng mở khó khăn, gây tiếng kêu, KS nên sửa chữa.Phòng vệ sinh chưa thoáng mùi lắm ạ, Ga giường cũng cần chú ý thêm. Cảm ơn

Review: Did the booking for 14th may when i went nobody was there to check in at reception .all revoews are fake .please never book this hotel .Shabby area around and nobody lives there no restaurants near by looks like a ghost house and the building shown in photos is edited o e.it looks like ghost house in horror films.

Review: We came to Hoi An and stayed for one night. It is located opposite the beach. The price is very good and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back.
