Positive points: very nice hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, great size rooms, many choices for breakfast, pool looked great but we didn't use it bcs of rain.

Review: The Hotel is close to the beach but around 16min from Hoi A but the Hotel overs free shuttle services which was In my case a taxi. Great room size and good pool but the gym facilities can be improved significantly

Positive points: It was close to the beach, and the complementary shuttle to and from the town Center was a nice touch.

Review: We booked this very last min as our airbnb was not as expected. Wow, what can i say! The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent, and overall i had an amazing time at fivitel! Cheers to the team there! They are doing an amazing job!! Highly recommended to others who wish to stay in Hoi an. :)

Positive points: First of all.we arrived at 6 in the morning, but we could go already in our room despite check in was at 1400. A big plus that made us happy as we were tired. The room is good with great view over the sea. Extra plus for the fabulous mattress. Friendly staff.

Review: Excelle location. Cost of food is high. Rooms are clean. Got excellent view from small balcony. Staffs are very cooperative. Rooftop Infinity pool makes it a great choice.

Positive points: Great location, quiet, close to good local restaurants and spa massage. The shuttle to Hoi An was great too!

Review: Great place lovely infinity pool overlook danang hoi an and ocean......bit out secluded but shop and restaurants close by..they have free bicycles which is great......lovely beach vacation and has shuttle bus to hoi an centre.

Positive points: we travelled with family ( with 2 kids) , overall size and cleanliness was good , we liked the approach to the beach ( we could see beach from the balcony ). Breakfast was good considering veg , non veg bakery items and some sweets .

Review: Good place to stay,about a 10 minute taxi ride from old town which should cost around 100.000 dong.
Staff are great and speak very good English, food also nice.
Not much chance of getting into the pool, very small and busy.
But have own beach across the road.

Review: everything was very good . Morning breakfast was good but night dinner they messed up and WiFi sometimes used to break .

Positive points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were times that the free shuttle bus into the Hoi an old town wasn’t running however the hotel kindly offered to pay for taxis as needed as a substitute! The breakfast selection was broad and the omelette station was a nice touch!
