Pearl Beach Homestay

Positive points: Received a lovely fresh cooked breakfast each morning . Lunch and dinner available as well. Very comfortable bed with good ac and good facilities in the room.
You can rent a motorbike here at a fair price. Get around town or ride the High Van Pass.
Five minute walk to the beach ⛱️ walk to shops, restaurants cafes. Great location. Very happy 😊

Positive points: I stayed at the homestay a few years ago so was happy to book again. It's under new ownership but the new family are just as friendly. Mr Lam arranged transfers from the airport and had the AC running in the room so it was nice and cool when I arrived.
The room was comfortable, Wifi worked well, and the location is great. It's in a peaceful area, 15 minutes by grab taxi to the old town or An Bang beach and 2 minutes walk to Cua Dai beach.
The homestay has pushbikes available, and Mr Lam was able to recommend a great place to rent a motorbike at reasonable prices.

Review: The owner of the hotel was so kind and caring, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was the walking distance to the beach.

Positive points: really comfy beds, such a good price, less than a minute walk away from the beach and very easy and cheap to get taxi in to town. Also has the loveliest owners Lam and his wife who helped with absolutely everything, stay here!!

Review: We really enjoyed our time at Pearl in fact we stayed an extra 3 nights. It is well placed next to Cau Dai beach outside (3.5 km) of Hoi A town. We preferred to travel to the town by grab (75000). Then stay in the town and travel to the beach. The owner Lam is very helpful and speaks excellent English. There are also bicycles that are free to use if you wish to cycle to the town or discover the local routes around the rice fields. Accommodation clean and tidy with good facilities. We would stay again

Review: The good:
- Very clean &spacious room with good bathroom
- Comfortable bed
- Lots of wall outlets available
- Towels, soaps, shampoos all provided
- Motorbikes available for rent seemed sturdy
- Nice balcony area on the 3rd floor
- We got a great value on Agoda at less than 300k per night, but the value rating would be lower if we had paid full price

The not so good:
- Really doesn't look much like the pictures at all
- The homestay doesn't actually seem to have WiFi - they seem to rip open WiFi from a neighboring hotel
- The location isn't too great, as Cua Dai beach is covered in huge breakwaters which make it less than scenic
- The food options near the hotel are pretty limited as well, mostly just overpriced beachfront seafood and a few local stalls (which were much better value)

Positive points: Such lovely staff, big clean rooms and comfortable beds. Overall, very good stay and great value for your money!

Positive points: Nice homestay and friendly host. We enjoyed the time there and felt comfortable. Host prepaired bikes for us and our son. Clean rooms and good breakfast. We loved the beach nearby. Not crowded in low season.
