Positive points: The property was very nicely designed, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very aesthetically pleasing too. The host and owner of the hotel was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. He built the hotel & does everything there - working so hard. He waited up late for us because of flight was delayed and nothing was too big a request.
Negative points: There was a little bit of a musty smell in our bedroom. And we had to ask for it to be cleaned / bed dressed in the morning which I didn’t realise. But once we asked it was done instantly to a very high standard
Positive points:
Very nice room and spacious (we had the private jacuzzi at the roof).
The bed was a 11/10 - so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! Good sleep as very quiet.
Negative points:
The jacuzzi could be hotter, it was only warm and the bubbles did not work.
Even if we checked it before the villa is in the middle of nowhere. So everytime we took Grab to Old Town.
For what we got the price definitely was too high which was due to the room with the jacuzzi and still no breakfast included.
Positive points: We loved our room! It was big, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Our balcony was lovely, with lots of plants and lights, so nice to sit out there in the evening!! The breakfast was delicious too and the staff was always there to help :) It’s a little far from the center of Hoi An, but you can get there easily with a 10 minute Grab. We also took their free bikes into town on one of our days there!
Positive points:
Staff was very kind and helpful.
The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious - I recommend trying the local noodle specialty.
Location was away and not too accessible, but quiet.
Negative points: I booked the room with outdoors jacuzzi, which as many people here, I came to find out that it is NOT heated. Due to being cold weather, it was not usable. The normal rooms without this outdoor benefit are cheaper and have a bathtub indoors, so it doesn't make sense that I was charged more for facilities that are unusable.
Positive points: The staff at the hotel was the most attentive staff we have ever came across. He arranged all of our tours there for us upon request. And when we became sick due to food poisoning he helped us out a lot with special drinks and other attentive things.
Review: The location is a bit far from the city center but very quiet, the bedroom has good sound insulation, and is fully equipped. The TV has Netflix available, great for entertainment. It's a good place to relax for the weekend.
Positive points: We loved how peaceful and private it was. We had our own private spa. The staff were so lovely. Bikes were provided.
Review: Super homey and such a vibe. Empty beach 3 mins walk across the road. Cows and open fields. Quick to nearby hotspots. 11/10
Positive points: The boutique hotel was in a totally quiet place, which was really nice.
Negative points:
The rooms are tiny and freezing cold and we could not adjust the temp. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, so you end up with water/wet floor to walk through to use the toilet.
Our room faced lobby / pool area and we could hear every conversation and the rooms are without room darkening shades so the light comes through too.

Room was amazing, clean, private bath was wide, even bedding had great fragrance.
Quite far to old town but close to pretty beach.
If not that hot, you can ask Hai to use free bicycle or m/bike.

Positive points: Clean rooms, good service, beach accessibility, staff was very nice.
Negative points: Jacuzzi had cold water and what is the use of paying for jacuzzi when you can't use. Also I understand other rooms which had jaccuzi had hot water but only our room didn't have. So it's weird.
Review: Extremely pleasant stay. Room is beyond clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and assists with booking cheaper taxis, advices on tours etc. really liked this place. highly recommended!

Negative points: Jaccuzi should have hot water. Who would use cold water and what is the use of jaccuzi and charging for that when you have only cold water
Review:
Lovely hotel, unique in every way. Hai is the best host you could find. He sorted us with motorbikes to hire, gave us the local info on places to visit, restaurants etc. Breakfast is made personally, with love, fried eggs will never taste the same ! Hotel is 5 min m/bike ride away from the busy town of Hoi An.
Beds & pillows very comfy. Would stay again.
Positive points: The benedict eggs for breakfast were amazing. We got a private jacuzzi. all quiet, perfect to rest and disconnect.
Negative points: You need to arrived there by car, it is far from Hoi An center. If you are planning to disconnect that's the place
