Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa

Review: The property is located bang on the beach, the rooms layout makes the beach quite accessible. We got a partial beach view though the listing says garden view. They have a kids play area which my toddler enjoyed. They have lot of things like tennis court, TT and pool table.
They have a nice lounge to relax in case your room is not ready, they serve some light snacks and fresh fruits which was good.
Where we think they lacked a good hospitality was:
- details on the facility and how to book them (specially the tennis court)
- the bathroom lay out is a bit weird, after shower whole bathroom is wet
- there is condensation problem in the room. You can see walls it on the walls
- since it is a beach side property they need to clean the room a bit better

Otherwise everything was perfect, the breakfast spread, the staff and facilities

Positive points: Great facilities, fantastic location right by the beach but only 10 minutes by car to Hoi An ancient town. The staff is really polite and well trained, they will go out of their way to help the guests. Breakfast is amazing. We have been several times over the years and will definitely come back!

Review: I stayed in three hotels in Hoi An on my recent trip and liked the Palm Garden Beach Resort the best.

Review: We enjoyed our 3 nights in Palm Garden. Even when the weather wasn’t good for the entire stay we still very much loved our stay. Staff are very welcoming, friendly. The signature ginger tea of Palm Garden is my favorite! Recommend to choose this place when in Hoi An 💙

Positive points: It was truly amazing. We loved everything about the resort. The staff and service was perfect. They have an incredible staff, just to mention a few, Mr. Vy, Vu the lifeguard, “Coconut Man” Nong. Wow just incredible friendly and helpful people. The food was amazing too! The rooms clean! Best stay for our family.

Positive points: Loved the spacious grounds and rooms.
The pool was beautiful to enjoy.
We had a wonderful spread for breakfast and they knew how to make a Caffe Latte.

Positive points: We were very happy with our rooms and our stay at Palm Garden Beach & Resort. It was great being able to go for a walk on the beach in the morning (not swimming weather when we were there) and it was only a short drive into Hoi An town. We were very pleased to be staying away from the busyness of the town centre. The staff were very friendly - the resort is big and we didn't experience the personalised service that others have mentioned in their reviews but everyone was very helpful. A wide range of choices at breakfast, including eggs made to order.

Review: This hotel is great value for money and would recommend for a relaxing getaway for a couple of nights. It’s right on the beach, so very convenient and even if it’s windy you can relax by the awesome pool. Breakfast spread was also great.

Review: We had a fantastic stay at Palm garden, would recommed to everyone! Have been travelling with friends around Vietnam and this so relaxing, grounds were gorgeous, breakfast was so good.

Positive points: We loved the feel of the resort so much! For us, our trip to Hoi An, was the perfect mix of relaxation, whilst seeing the sights of Hoi An old town! At the resort, our most difficult decision was whether to sit poolside or beachside!! Both wonderful places to sit back and relax, with some food and drink. The breakfast buffet was also a huge win!!

Review: This resort is spectacular! Everything about it was perfect for our stay in Hoi An - a wonderful way to enjoy the local attractions but escape and unwind when desired by the beach. The beach front bungalow especially is a delight and I would highly recommend. The facilities were great - we enjoyed the pool, fitness, games room, spa, restaurants and of course happy hour! The staff were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Positive points: We loved everything, but I need to give credit to the lovely staff as everybody went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!
They have a huge (and delicious) breakfast selection and they make Vietnamese coffee on request!
The rooms were clean and spacious and regardless of what kind of room you book, everything is close to everything (spa, restaurants, beach, pool).

Would definitly come back!
