Hoi An Ocean Front Hotel Apartments

Positive points: The room was nice, clean. The staff was very friendly

Positive points: I’ve stayed here twice once with my girlfriend then a friend and both times is been exceptional. It’s a nice hotel but the location and staff take it to the next level. Lovely very private beach and really quite pool area with a couple of local restaurants and shops nearby. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

Positive points: Stayed here for five days. The staff is helpful and friendly, it's great value for money, the place is organized and clean, the location is great and quiet (and still easily accessible to the old town by Grab) and they provide free bicycles an organize anything you need.

Positive points: Excellent location with the beach straight across the road. Rooms exactly as advertised, absolutely perfect and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Mates eatery next door was great for food and the massages next door were just what we needed for a bit of indulgence.
Close enough to old town by Grab but far enough to get away from the buzz. We can’t wait to come back to this accommodation!

Positive points: We had a great stay! The staff goes the ekstra mile to make sure the guests are happy. They have bicycles you can borrow, and good coffee. We would also recomend the restaurant "Mate", just up the street from the hotel.

Review: The hotel staff knows that they have a sewage pipes problem. Their rooms stink of sewage, which is why, during check in, all their windows and doors are open.

wasted hours and hours switching multiple rooms. lost hours of sleep and ruined our itinerary for Hoi An.

Its a run down place where the owners try to squeeze as much $$$ out of the place before it gets abandoned.

After multiple complaints at way past midnight, we insisted that they refund our complete booking of 3 rooms for 2 nights and we switched to another hotel.

Review: Tôi đặt phòng qua Agoda, đã thanh toán tiền phòng, nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì khách sạn báo là không hề biết Agoda là gì. Khách sạn thu tiền phòng của tôi. Tôi nghĩ Agoda sẽ không charge tiền phòng của tôi nửa. Nhưng hôm nay bên ngân hàng báo là Agoda đã lấy tiền phòng của tôi. Tôi đã trả tiền phòng 2 lần. Tôi không hiểu nổi cách làm ăn của Agoda và khách sạn???
