Positive points: clean comfortable, great outlook/view to the bay over the pool.

Negative points: not much to do locally until the evening. unluckily it was raining so pool time wasn’t an option.

Review: I realized it's a low season in Ha Long only when I arrived, so I would definitely expect for a bit lower price. Anyways... location.. communication with employee and facilities just as dining options wasn't available.
I assume that at the right summer season this place is lit! just not october.
Room was spacious and amazing terrace as well

Review: Our room is a little small but still nice and has new furnitures, full facilities. Staffs are very friendly, breakfast is great. The hotel is near Tuan Chau beach but far from Bai Chay and entertainment center. However, since we come to Ha Long for relaxation, this is ideal place for us.

Review: Generally, my family was satisfied with all services and location, staff. Although we were on Lunar New year (public holiday in Vietnam), we still had a decent dining choice provided by their staff. We checked out quite lately (after 12pm) but the staff was still helpful and friendly. Will recommend to my friends if they travel to Ha Long bay.
