Location is just next to the Sat night market. Very convenient.

Review: This hotel was great. While accommodations and location were great. We always make sure to review only if staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Really friendly and helped us with anything we needed. We booked the two bedroom and it provided plenty of space for my family. They offer motorbike rentals on site as well.

Positive points: This stay was charming the hosts were so nice and welcoming and they even checked us in at 8:30 in the morning at no extra charge, also we tried to rent a scooter but we couldn't use it so they didn't charge us for that, they were great at helping us organize onward travel rooms were lovely and clean and close to everything but not too near where it was loud

Review: Easy walking to old city, nice bikes, cool pool, lovely rooms overlooking River. Staff are excellent with good English and knowledge of attractions restaurants etc. Cindy was brilliant and so kind, cheerful & enthusiastic. Would come again, get Deluxe w balcony, it's fun and great location!

Review: Cindy very kind and helpful regarding activities in Hoi An, as well as trips and activities to book, but she was not pushy to ensure we booked through her. She went so far as to ring one of the companies we had booked privately and had a language barrier with, facilitating the communication.

We were upgraded rooms (as I have seen other people mention in their reviews) I assume due to the building work ongoing in the building for 2 of the 5 days of our stay. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a spectacular view. There was air conditioning and it was very clean. The pool was also a wonderful way to cool off in the heat and after a busy day.

The location of Truc Loc Villa is wonderful. The night market is less than a 5 minute walk, and it is right on the cusp of Old Town.

We thank Cindy and NaNa for a great stay, and recommend this villa to others.

Positive points: The hotel is ideally situated, close to the old town but far enough away not to be disturbed by the nightlife. Nana was informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Review: We arrived at Truc Loc Villa in the middle of their hottest time of the year - 37 degrees. Our room had the best air con, the pool is just divine to cool off in, there is a coffee shop in their foyer and the location is a short walk away from the Hustle of the Amcient town but being away from that Hustle is welcome. There are lots of options for eating and drinking nearby and the staff are always super friendly and willing to help.

Positive points: I felt truly welcomed by the host and staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, making our experience even better. The property itself is ideally positioned and has a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel right at ease.

Review: Great location on the edge on the ancient city. Beautiful rooms and reasonable cost with decent internet. Lovely, helpful staff!

Positive points: Cindy and NaNa were exceptional hosts. They were very helpful and NaNa sorted our trains as we had a problem doing it, even though she was off unwell. Cindy was always there to help with a smile. Rooms nice and clean with a lovely view. Perfect location.
