Review: Staff was warm and friendly and they waited til I arrived late from my flight. Room was spacious and clean. No breakfast option but convenient to do money exchange from the hotel.

Review: I do not know where to begin. Our stay here was incredibly special. The sweet hosts and their family, the quiet street with children playing, the location, the bikes, the cleanliness, and WiFi…a true gem! The rooms were simple, but spotless and everything worked. We extended our stay by three days and would book again!

Positive points: Owner is really nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Everything is nearby. Rooms are clean and its chill place.

Positive points: Location is perfect, the owner is super friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and were delighted with our stay. Free use of bikes and umbrellas as well.

Review: The owners were very polite and involved. The whole family is very nice.
The room is big with AC and a fan. Overall it was quiet in the mornings and evenings, considering that is close enough to the river and all the restaurants and music.

Review: Remarkably clean and well organized. If I had any suggestion for the hotel, maybe put some shelving in the shower that you can put your shampoos on. But that's it. Also no elevator

Review: The rooms look exactly as in the photos - spacious, modern, spotlessly clean. The family are lovely, and the staff were friendly and attentive for the entire duration of my stay.

It's 2 blocks from the main tourist strip on the river, but far enough away from the bars that you don't get the noise. And a short walk to the tourist night market, if that's your thing.

Positive points: Great location, very calm, not in the tourist center but you still get to the old town in 10 minutes. Very nice staff!

Positive points: Lovely and helpful owner! Great location to base in Hoi An. 2minute walk across the bridge to Ancient town. Free bike rental which you should definitely do to get around to further explore. Very clean and comfortable. Close by to all cafés and places to eat and drink. We’d stay again.

Review: The rooms were very clean and the location is amazing! 2 minutes from the night market and 5 minutes from old city hoi an. The family is always with a smile and helping with everything we meed! They even bought us flowers for our honeymoon! On the day we left, they woke up early to go and buy us hoi an's specialty ban mi for the plane, since our flight was very early. Would visit again for sure!

Positive points: Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The owner is so welcoming and polite and tells you everything you need to know about how to get around, even gave us a map on arrival. He also arranged a taxi for us back to Da Nang which was so convenient.
We loved the location, it’s within walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Book this place you won’t regret it!
