Positive points: Central location, walking distance from the main streets yet quiet and affordable

Positive points: Nice accommodation with a friendly owner, the room with a balcony was nice and there was everything I needed including good wifi. The location is a short walk from the centre but still a quiet area. Breakfast was very good, would definitely recommend.

Review: Proper is good but little congested for a couple to stay.. unfortunately hot water was a issue fr us which was exceptional...owner is very much responsive and friendly too ...She knows Englishh which is easy to communicate .locality is good.wuld recommend it..

Review: The room is located in an alley, small but has a balcony so it's airy and clean. It's close to the night market, making it convenient to walk around in the evening. The owner has prepared bicycles, so in the morning we can take one to Cua Dai Beach, An Bang, and ride around the ancient town, which is very convenient. For me, the room and service are decent and fit the budget. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help. I would come back if I have a chance to visit Hoi An again.

Review: For the amount money, this homestay is in the perfect location, with the perfect person running it and has all the things that you need to have a lovely stay. It’s not a five star hotel, but it is definitely worth its value. Enjoy yourself and Hoi An. This is a great location as a homebase.

Positive points: The room was small. This was the only drawback. Otherwise everything was fine. The host was a pretty lady. She took care of everything. I personally like that there was a water filter from which we can refill our bottles. Bottled water is very costly in Vietnam.

The bed was really comfortable and very quiet. I was able to sleep well. I would definitely return.

Positive points: Host is lovely. Localisation is really good, less then 10 min walk from old town and you can be away from the confusion in a very nice neighborhood. Bedroom is very comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony. Breakfeast is really good too. The host let us use bicycles for free and also helped us arrange our coconut boat ride which was cheaper then all the places we had checked before coming to Hoi An. Highly recommended
