Phong Phu Villa Hoi An

Review: We got a room at 4th floor. The hotel did not have any elevator and this wasn't informed to us before hand. The phone and TV wasn't working at all. Only one cup and one spoon was given, even when 2 ppl had checked in. No tea/coffee was given. The bathroom sewage was smelly. There was no shower gel.

Review: Very neat and clean hotel with spacious rooms and about 10 mins walk to the prime locations of Japanese Bridge and the main lantern street and bridge.

Positive points: Very comfortable room and helpful and friendly staff. Good location near cafes and restaurants and a short walk away from the ancient city. They rent bicycles and scooters too.

Breakfast was preplanned and homely.
Cleanliness was top notch, just don’t ask where to buy what to the staff they will recommend only their relatives shops. Worth for the price payed.

Review: I would recommend this hotel if you have plan to go to Hoi-An because the staff is very friendly and willing to help if you have any issues or asking for nice spots in Hoi-An. You can walk and riding bicycle to old town which nearby this hotel and also local breakfast are ready for serving :)

Review: The room was clean and bigger space than our expectation! It’s convenient to access to spa/massage, restaurant which in the same street. It’s 10 mins walking distance to Old Town. The owner is really helpful and nice as she gave us a lot of information for us to have fun in Hoi An. Simple breakfast included also a plus point, with the money we paid.

Positive points: The room and bathroom were very clean. Lovely balcony area. The staff at reception were lovely and informative. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Within walking distance to old quarter.
