Positive points: The place is beautiful and nice.. everything is perfect 😘💛🤗 I highly recommend this place… probably gonna stay here again❣️❤️🤗 when we left our luggage, they allowed us leave them and get them anytime we want after our check-out. Paul and Cris are such hospitable persons..

Review: The only time the place ever looked like it does in the photos is likely when they took the photos. We arrived at the location expecting a pleasant stay. All we got was brown linens, holes in the wall and a run down place. The beds were caving in, things such as water, coffee, tea , the rooftop BBQ and look out all a lie. Photos of other places and other buildings they own. Our complaint got us no where until we contacted Agoda. They then said they would make things right and give our family a buffet breakfast. Their hotel was an 800 meter walk away and we should make our way there for them to make things right. Thankfully I found out they had they had another 2 bedroom place and this property was Agoda Preferred. When asking if they had any rooms available at the hotel they lied about it's availability and when showing the place was available they at least agreed to show me the room. This room actually matched the pictures and the place although run down wasn't nearly a disaster as Pegacy Suites Lakeside. I insisted that we get moved to the new room. That had things like water, proper linens and beds that were ready to collapse. When we asked about the breakfast we were told that we couldn't have that as we were already upgraded to the better room. The following three nights although not great were not as bad as it could have been. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from Pegacy.

Positive points: The living room and kitchen area was really good. Couch was super comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Review: From the pictures to what the places is really injustice. The place is really run down all my Aircon remote wasn’t even working. The bedsheets was thinner’s paper no really amenities. The place was in bad shape. And the hotel is right next to an elementary school where they bang and play noises starting starting 5/6am not counting the traffic nearby has a lot street noise too. I left early and didn’t extend

Review: Our host Chris is very helpful. We arrived late at night and he was there and made sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to get us bottled water.

Positive points: Nice location with great views across the lake. Easy to access via taxi and nice coffee shop next door.

Review: I assume it can be good for Long stay if rent is cheap. nManager and management is bit cunning. nPlease don't book Breakfast as they will make excuses to provide or if they provide it wouldn't be Buffet as other hotels provide. nThey will not provide any welcome drink, water, coffee etc but it is advertised. nI was promised everything but nothing provided. nAgoda website itself is horrible and they are not trustworthynPlease book carefully as once money is out of your Account and these people will teach you many no sense excuses. nWe asked for airport drop off and this apartment quote was 450,000 and we got Got Grab booked for 250,000 and it was luxury vehiclen

Review: Everything is fine. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Food can be challenging... Especially when you are a vegetarian.nThere's a restaurant 🍴 downstairs, but doesn't have a lot food and you don't want to eat the same thing every time.nHotel has a restaurant where you can eat, but it's 15 minutes walking 🚶 distance. The restaurants around are starting to close from 20:00 hour ⏳. So ordering from Grab, can be your solution.
