Review: I booked and paid for a King Suit room which showing a living room in the photos. When I arrived, the staff gave me a room with a King bed without the living room and explained that Agoda uploaded with wrong photos. So dodgy for a 5 stars hotel. No recommended

8.0 Spacious room, polite staffs - Giang 03-10-2024

Positive points: The location is nearby the big lake, very refreshing. Breakfast and buffet options are very nice. Food is fresh. Staffs are mindful and polite.

Negative points: I had issue with the accounting team missing the VAT invoice, discussed via email back and forth very time wasting. But eventually it was solved.

Negative points: Staff no trained to 5 star standards. Charged me twice because of their system problem. House keeping wakes you up at 7:30am or never come. Just astonishing!

Review: I had book the King bed room for one person but when I came Sheraton hotel, they assigned the twin single bed. I asked for my orginal booking room they refused and informed that : type of the bed cannot be guaranteed by Agoda, it is only guaranteed if customer contact directly with hotel....so it is imposible to change the room. nWhile I had not time because of my bussiness meetings to follow up this case so I had to stay for two nights. It made me not comfortable at all.nBTW, the hotel and room facilities are too old .

Review: Even though the hotel is little old but everyone who works there is extremely nice. So, old or new? It doesn’t really matter. We all had great time there.

Positive points: The facilities in the hotel were good, the staff was friendly and well-mannered. The view from the room was excellent. Excellent hotel that I would recommend for family and friends.

Negative points: Fewer restaurant options in the hotel. Too much seafood gets a bit overwhelming. The concierge staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable about tourist sites.
