Love St - Hanoi Hotel

Negative points: The cleaning things is so early and made some noise in the morning around 6.00 am, if you want to wake up late maybe not good.

Negative points: Location is in a very inconvenient place, breakfast has only a soup and sandwich. a bit overrated

Negative points: A hotel with very bad service. The rooms were not cleaned. Breakfast was included, but breakfast was not provided. Do not go to this hotel at all.

Negative points: Breakfast is very poor.

Negative points: in the area just for sleeping, no restaurants and attractions around

Negative points: Breakfast was dismal. Had to request housekeeping service twice before it was attempted.

Negative points: The was first place we stayed in Vietnam for our elopement wedding. We checked out a full night early (we were not offered a refund. But we also didn’t ask for one. We just wanted to get out of there).nnThere were a few things that were piling up then eventually led us to leaving (explained more below). The final straw was the response that I’ve attached photos of.nnWe stayed across from a family who very loud (screaming and yelling from 5am and late at night). I checked the hotel availability on booking.com and saw that they had the same room available for the upcoming night, so reached out to see if we could switch rooms. The response I got was “Good morning please take a nap” which was… shocking. They then backtracked and I could never really get an answer as to who I was speaking to, which to be fair, could have been more of a language barrier issue. But regardless, not okay.nnWhen we checked out they asked “why so early?” And I just said that we wanted a change of scenery. It was late and didn’t want to deal with them when one of the staff had been so blatantly rude. Not worth our time.nnOther than that, we tried to go to the restaurant one night and they said that we “needed to make a reservation” and they had no room. It was a bunch of drunk obnoxious men.nnThe pictures they have posted of the restaurant patio area are not accurate. I don’t know if it’s a completely different place they took pictures of or if they had staged it for the pictures, but in reality it is a dump. I wish I had taken pictures of it to show.nnMusic is very loud at night from their patio.nnAfter the interaction with whoever I talked to, I looked closer at reviews and it’s clear a lot of them are fake. If your considering staying here I would filter by lowest reviews as well so you can see what some others have said. There was some weird things that happened here also that make me think that this hotel is pretty shady (staff, condoms in lobby, drunk men etc).
