Review: After staying 10 days at this facility ,I came back again for one week accommodation ,I booker standard studio and they placed me on suite 307 which has no view nor lake view but short visit to lobby you can enjoy the beauty of hanoi at west lake beside the smiley faces of staff ,thanks all Jason and Melina for the continuous efforts to help customer during hid stay 😀 until we meet again

Review: I stayed here twice, one night both times. The place is a bit worn out, but it's good value considering the cost. Friendly staff. There are many local cafes and restaurants in the area.

Review: The building is old and the rooms have clearly seen better days. But overall it was worth it. Location is interesting. There are plenty of small local businesses in the area and you can find great food by the lake shore.

Review: In the West Lake area, with very cheap room rates and full amenities, clean and tidy, I highly recommend this place. It's really cozy, and the staff is super enthusiastic, friendly, and lovely. This is my second time coming back, and in the future, I will continue to stay here.

Positive points: Clean, good people and here to help.

Negative points: There was a really bad smell that lasted my whole stay. Somehow that smell was also in the corridors and the lobby. I dont understand how nobody wouldn’t fix it. The room was also not sound proof so I hears cars, music, people all night.
