Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel To Ngoc Van

Review: I stayed at this hotel in Vietnam for 5 nights. For the first 4 nights, I had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was fine. I felt happy with my stay.nnHowever, on the last night, the lake view room I originally booked was sold out, so I had to change to another room. That’s when things went wrong. In the new room, I noticed a disgusting yellow-brown stain on the bidet spray in the bathroom (you can see it in the photo). It looked very dirty and unhygienic.nnI immediately told the staff, and all they said was, “OK, the housekeeper is coming.” There was no apology at all, and they didn’t seem to care. I felt really disappointed. After such a pleasant stay at first, this ending left a bad impression.nnIt’s such a basic thing to keep the bathroom clean and to apologize when something goes wrong — especially in a hotel.

Positive points: Newer hotel about 10 minutes by Grab from Old Quarter. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were large and quiet.

Review: We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Apartment, it was comfortable and spacious had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The area is great with lots of cafes around, but in general its 15-20 mins away from the touristy places.nThe front desk is awesome & super helpful.

Review: I recommend it to everyone, the room is very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and there’s even a washing machine and dryer. The view of the lake is amazing, and the supermarket right next door is very convenient. The staff are all cheerful and enthusiastic. I will come back the next time I visit Hanoi.

Review: The studio unit area is really spacious. The bed is comfortable and clean. It has a fairly equipped kitchenette. Staff is always at the counter to assist. Really helpful and polite staff. Location is really good. Easy to get Grab rides.

Positive points: Have washing machine and dryer. On a quiet side of the city, and only 15-20 mins to old town by Taxi.

Review: Nice and spacious rooms, exactly as the pictures. Clean and new units and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel from my last Vietnam trip. Best value for money.

Review: After a horrible first night, the successive stays were pleasant. First night we stayed in an apartment facing the backside. Where they started construction at 7 AM. We would have appreciated the front staff notifying us upfront about the construction. Overall good value for money. Water pressure very good. Only thing after the first person finished showering. The second person has no hot water anymore. Clean bed lining. AC’s were in tiptop condition. No mold whatsoever. Fortunately no cockroaches as oppose to the past reviews. Front staff is not consistent in terms of hospitality.
