Review: Nhìn chung thì địa điểm và home có vẻ rất ổn nhưng chuyện là sau khi mình hoàn thành thủ tục đặt phòng thì lại nhận được email đề nghị mình huỷ phòng vì lí do là phòng của mình đã được đặt trước đó, phòng đã được đặt tại sao home không update. Mà lại để khách đặt sau đó lại đề nghị huỷ! Mặc dù mình chưa lưu trú ở đây và để công bằng thì mình vẫn đánh giá những mục khác từ 4-5 sao, riêng mục về nhân viên và cách hoạt động mình thấy không ổn lắm.

Positive points: Comfortable bed, good wifi, clean. Great location.

Positive points: the nice girl I met from Balise staying in the unit below me. The location wasn’t very good there wasn’t anybody to give me proper directions on how to get in and at 5:30 in the morning standing in an area that didn’t have any signage I wanted to cancel my reservation and booked somewhere else I contacted the property manager and I said please put up some signage and more pictures of what the unit looks like and how to get in. The room was big which was pleasant several things were broken in the unit but they didn’t affect my stay the bed was comfortable and that’s what I needed

Positive points: lần đầu mình ở phòng khá bẩn, có mùi, điều kiền tv khá là khó ấn
