Review: I wish I had stayed there the entire time. Fantastic rooms and great staff. I moved to be closer to the action but it would have been better to stay and travel.

Negative points: The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and freshness. At least they have a station where you can get eggs cooked to order. No fresh juice.nThe mattress was quite hard

Positive points: The pool was great for a daily swim and the breakfast included in the room was quite good in terms of selection and quality

Negative points: Both the bed and the pillows provided where too hard. Also, there is a golf driving range on the lakeside of the hotel. So, if you are room is facing that way and you have a balcony, as I did, you'll have to listen to golf balls being hit all day long. That's just part of this hotel, so, if you like golf, you won't have a problem with it.

Review: Only stayed one night but the hotel was great right on West Lake with driving range if you don't mind a bit of a swing, Premier Lake view room top class. Standard breakfast but was good 👍

Negative points: There is only one elevator to get to the room, but not a big deal for me.

Positive points: Very nice amenities with the pool, overseeing the lake. Gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Also has a driving range, but you have to pay.nReception and cleaning staff were okay. Only the bellboys felt friendly and accommodating. nLocation isn't great if you are trying to mainly explore Old Quarter.

Negative points: Beds were hard, considering nPool needs to get cleaned often, or else there is going to be a bunch of dead mosquitoes on the surface.

Positive points: The hotel is situated on the lake with excellent views especially from the lap pool which is superbly maintained. The gym is one of the best equipped I’ve encountered at any hotel.nnIf you play golf you’ll love driving balls (they are lighter) into the lake. nnOur room was quite large and well equipped and comfortable.nnA big shout out to the front desk and bellmen.

Negative points: They are quite guarding of the coffee pot at morning breakfast.
