Paradise Suite Hotel Au Co - Tay Ho Lake

Review: Standard check-in time is 2 PM, however, when we arrived around 3:30 PM, the hottest guy informed us that the room was not ready. He escorted us to another room to wait until our room was ready. But we had to stand in front of the door because he could not open the room. We still waited for about 20 minutes and the space was very stuffy and hot. Then we checked into the room even though it was dirty and the cleaner was still cleaning. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and the TV could not connect to Wi-Fi or play Netflix or YouTube. We called the hottest guy and he said the IT staff would come and fix it, but no one came. What a bad experience in this homestay!
