Positive points: I loved that they were very welcoming and hospitable. They proactively looked after our needs. They helped us in choosing the right tour plan to explore. nnSpecial Note: it was my friend's birthday and they helped us with the surprise by going above and beyond. nnWe had a lovely stay. We were 3 girls and we felt safe and secured and homely.nnSpecial thanks to Luuhung (i hope ive spelt it right). nAlso special thanks to Anna from the other branch for her support and guidance.nnIll definitely ask my friend's to book with them. Review: Had a great stay here after a terrible experience at another hotel. The 2 younger male reception staff were super friendly and helpful, they are very well trained.

Positive points: Clean, staff trying their best to make customers happy specially Trang she work 150% of her capabilities.

Review: I am most reluctant to write reviews and only do so when a hotel makes a strong enough impression on me. The hotel is relatively new with fully equipped rooms. The staff is polite and very supportive. Even the security guard is very considerate, always helping us cross the street whenever we return to the hotel.

Positive points: I booked here because I wanted somewhere more quiet that was good for remote work.nnIt was great for that and the bed was super comfy, great shower, lovely staff.

Review: The room was so beautifully decorated. Definitely one of the best hotels in Hanoi. I loved the room and the hotel service is also superb. Second to none.

Positive points: Phòng hơi nhỏ. Khá xa trung tâm như bờ hồ, điểm ăn uống cũng không tiện. Đổi lại ks sạch sẽ

Review: Căn phòng mà tôi được nhận rất thoải mái và giá cả hợp lý. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn hỏi xem tôi có cần gì không, thậm chí họ còn cho tôi số liên lạc qua WhatsApp nếu tôi cần giúp đỡ hoặc thông tin. Các cô gái làm vệ sinh rất dễ chịu. Một địa điểm yên tĩnh bên hồ, tôi sẽ quay lại ở đây mỗi khi trở lại Hà Nội.

Positive points: 2 ngày mình ở đây rất thoải mái , không có gì để chê cả , phòng mới , nhân viên lễ tân buồng phòng và bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ mình
