Review: This Hanoi accommodation stands out for its excellent combination of amenities and location. Enjoy the practicality of in-unit cooking and laundry, plus a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to a wide variety of foreign restaurants is a major perk. Furthermore, you'll have easy access to the picturesque West Lake, the modern Lotte Mall, and the historic Old Quarter, all within a short distance – the Old Quarter being just a 15-minute trip.

Positive points: The apartments are really nice and modern, the staff are very helpful and supportive, especially Ms.Juleen, and Mr. Kevin! And they both spoke English very well! nI was visiting friends who were a one minutes walk, so it was super convenient for me.
Negative points: There are more than one Pegassy Apartments, so make sure your driver has the correct address. This one is at 28/52 To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho area.

Negative points: Bed was quite hard. Staff not the friendliest in my experience. Internet speed not very good.nNext to a road which is very busy and loud early in the morning

Positive points: The place is at To Ngoc Van street, surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. 2 mins walk to Circle K, 2 mins walk to the lake, quiet street at night, good street view from the balcony.
Negative points: The price is quite high because of its location, it’s fine by me. But the problem here is the staff. They are new, lack of lots of experiences including greeting new customer, when we were arrived they still playing games on their phones, they don’t care about our arrival. nThe room is smelly, the facilities are missing a lot such as free water ( usually 2 small bottles ), no towels ( I have to ask them for it ), but… there are 4 stinky WET towels inside the washing machine, inside our room. And after that, they actually gave me another 2 stinky towels, but luckily it’s dry enough to use. nThere’s also only 1 pair of teared slippers for a room of 2 people.
Review: I booked them and already input my card in (the description is confusing since it seems like I will pay at the hotel but they would charge my card if i dont show up) >> I think they would call to confirm if something wrong/ i just need to come laternnAfter 5pm, I finally have time to check my personal email (im here on a business trip), they email me saying that i didnt deposit blah blah and they cant keep my room. I called and they blamed me. Finally wanna replace me into another building. But when I ask, it s a no windows/no balcony one - I initially booked a balcony room. At this point, it s 7pm and they didnt try to sort things out. After contacting thru zalo, they ghosted me.nSo yea moral of the story, pls avoid these Pegasy chains - seems like they would put their listing everywhere and overbooking way more than they can’t handle ( and obviously they will not handle, just ghosted you)
Positive points: Nhân viên lễ tân hỗ trợ 24/24 rất nhiệt tình chu đáo , phòng sạch sẽ thoáng mát , ở đây rất tiện nghi , tôi sẽ quay lại đây thường xuyên hơn
Review: The room is beautiful. Fully equipped with amenities, washing machine, induction stove, microwave... Just like being at home.
Positive points: Vị trí gần phố trung tâm và gần hồ lớn.
Negative points: Nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Khi tôi book phòng trên booking thành công và tới nơi thì 1 cậu lễ tân nói hết phòng. nnNói thật. Booking giờ cũng như cái chợ, làm ăn chụp giựt và vô trách nhiệm.
Review: Had to change me to a different hotel as there was a problem with bathroom. The new room had a city view of a wall. No drinking water provided.
Positive points: Đệm, chăn rất tốt.
Negative points: Lúc đầu cậu nhân viên đòi tính phí khi thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng. Đây là hình thức vô cùng tồi của một số nhà hàng khách sạn tại miền bắc VN. nTôi không đồng ý và sau đó họ phải chấp nhận.
Review: From the outside, it looks small, but the room is actually amazing, like a fully furnished and clean apartment.
