Positive points: Really nice apartment and super spacious and clean. Check in was a bit of trouble though, there was no staff onsite but luckily I was able to message with the host to help with getting in.

Positive points: The apartment is charming and very comfortable. nAt the entrance to the building there is a security camera and a locked gate, so you can have peace of mind

Negative points: It should be taken into account that there are no cleaning services, change of towels/bedding or supply of toilet paper (if you run out), you must purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent and wash towels by yourself and also take out the trash. Since we stayed in the apartment for over two weeks it was a bit difficult for us. but I believe that a short stay of 1-3 days is finennIt should be emphasized that the apartment is based on the same principle of renting an apartmentnnThe apartment is far from the old city and absolutely no soundproofing

Review: The room is very spacious, we went with four people, the room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it was very convenient. The room is airy and clean.

Positive points: Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.

Negative points: The kitchen could use some more basics/out with the old -- we were there for 4 nights so we did cook and the main large white spatula was heavily stained brown/orange. The kitchen lacked mugs (literally not a single mug), and a press/machine for making coffee which is something we would have definitely used had we had the option. rnrnThe place itself was up to date but then in each room, there were cosmetics that one might think could be easily fixed like a huge mark on the wall in the living room, and random stains on the bedroom walls. rnrnThe description says soundproof but it is not actually -- you absolutely hear the morning hustle of Tay Ho.

Positive points: Though communication was a barrier, we had this google translation which helpedrnrnThe place was spacious and clean with all ameneties.

Negative points: Charging full night amount for 6 hours, really hurts. If you are arriving midnight or checking out late evening, you have to pay full night charges

Positive points: The apartment that I originally booked wasn't available, but they were kind enough to alert me and propose a new location ahead of time. The replacement apartment was amazing. It was a beautifully decorated unit with a balcony (the view was nice!), a bathtub which I definitely enjoyed, and everything else that I could need. There were also food options nearby. Definitely good value for money!

Negative points: There was confusion about the check-in and payment at first due to the language barrier, but we figured it out in the end. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Positive points: The unit I rented was newly remodeled, clean, great balcony. It's a serviced apartment so no hotel -like room service but I clean up after myself so I don't really need it.

Negative points: - changed my room without prior noticen- constant water issues during my stayn- thin walls, could hear neighbors + kids until 4am! (need house rules)
