Review: There facilities were average, not up to standard and especially there Service, they keep on nagging you to order Drinks and even if you tell them you have bad throat so no need Drinks, they keep pestering you and if you still don’t order they will start giving you looks and ignore you.
They will treat you as if you have booked for free and literally I’ll treat you

Review: We did the 3 day/2 night cruise. The staff were exceptional. We had a special dietary requirement and they went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Special mention of the cruise manager Nilo- amazing guy.

Positive points: The room was comfortable and clean. The staffs were wonderful, especially Emmanuel and Rose. Always there with a warm smile and ready to go above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made me feel valued as a guest. My experience was fantastic, thanks to their exceptional service. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Review: The cruise was amazing - I wasn't expecting much and I reserved for it last minute but I do not regret it one bit. For one thing it was absolutely spotless and clean and the food was great and the staff were very nice as well. And the scenary was out of this world. I was in the junior suite with the private balcony and wow it was just so amazing as I was able to see the scenary while laying down on the bed. It was so worth the money and I would definitely ride on it again.

Positive points: It was clean and neat. The staff was very very friendly. We are vegetarian, and they really made a concerted effort to make sure that we also had an excellent meal. In the couple times that we didn’t prefer the food, they were happy to remake it, and give us whatever we would like- really amazing service.

Positive points: The cruise experience was superb and we enjoyed a lot.

Review: The room, boat, food & staff were great but the day trip on the day boat was pretty boring & long. We had to leave by 8 AM & didn’t return until 5PM so you really don’t get to enjoy the boat itself. We just sat on this day boat for hours well workers repaired it, all we could hear was hammers & welding machines. Some music or entertainment would have be nice! No wifi on the either boats. The food was good but dinners were very long & drawn out

Positive points: Team of waiters and waitresses who were serving food and rinks were very amicable and hospitable. To
mention first experience, even it is a cruise (so called luxury) you will not board the boat at the port. They put you in a waiting lounge untill they gather all the people for several boats and it was overloaded and with no AC. Then they drive you on a speed boat to your cruise boat, and you have to wait forat they deliver other people to another boat and same on return. Boat and rooms didn’t resemble the ones from the photos. They were very dated, basic and far from any luxury. The food was very basic also. The boat goes to the harbour (nearby as they use the speedboat) every day to pick up new passengers so if you take 2 nights cruis you will be stuck next day in the same routine. Bathroom is moulded and dump, room is fitted with single beds (even it was meant to be a double) Boat entertainment is ridiculous, with maneger (not even a chef) is showing people how to roll vegetables in the rice pancake and make springrolls etc. Overal impression for a nearly 1000$ for two nights on this cruise is you don’t get even remotwly for what you have signed for…yet the worse was to come…

Review: The food and service were very good, however it's a bit too organised for me, especially with the activities and meal times.
Instead of constantly reminding people and asking if we want to do something, just go through the activities once then leave a schedule in our room. At times the attention was too much..within 3 hours we were interrupted in our room 3 times to ask about the room, the TV and you guessed it activities! Less is more..this was annoying.
On the flip side dinner was great, lunch good and breakfast ordinary.
Beer was warm and double priced except for happy hour, bring your own booze for the room!
The staff were great following up about our bus, when it was late.
All in all, would I recommend,..scenery and room amazing, the "5 star " attention and organising made it feel like school trip at times. Mixed emotions for the price.

Positive points: This is truly a 5 star cruise experience. The cabins were spacious and beautiful. The boat is thoughtfully deigned. The staff made the experience phenomenal. They were consistently attentive and ensured that every detail was attended to. Ming, our Cruise Director, was top notch. I cannot say enough good about his service. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He even had the boat drop us off at a different port and arranged for our ground transportation. Ming is amazing.

Review: We had just one night but the quality of the cruise was exceptional. The staff on board were lovely and they catered to all our needs (complex dietary needs and fussy kids!).

Rooms were lovely, very large and we had an interconnected room for our kids.

Kayaking and jumping off the back of the boat were the highlights.

Positive points: Cruising the Ha Long Bay is quite a unique and one of the most beautiful sightseeing experiences one can have. Just waking up in the morning is mesmerizing! Balcony is amazing and you can really enjoy having your coffee while sightseeing! Emanuel was amazing and he went above and beyond to make everyone happy and at home! It’s amazing seeing someone so professional! He totally made our stay!
