Positive points: The host was quick to response and deal with my requests and they are very flexible and accommodating.

Positive points: Great location, clean apartments, interesting apartment layouts, modern appliances, weekly laundry service, friendly security guards, great owner and staff, secure motorbike parking available

Negative points: Shower was in an elevated tub (too tall to use waterfall shower), some stairs inside before the elevator were cumbersome with heavy luggage

Positive points: This was my second stay at the apartment and it's still a lovely space in a nice area with great staff.

Negative points: The wifi was generally quite good, but did go off occasionally.

Positive points: We love the design of the apartment, there are spaces for my kid to running around.
The reception is so friendly and helpful. Recommended!

8.0 Very practically located & highly responsive and attentive staff! - Numa 20-12-2022

Positive points: Overall clean, simple, comfortable and well located behind two key landmarks of Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam war museum, Reconciliation Place and notable parks). Host / reception was highly responsive and able to confirm my last minute reservation for the day after.

Negative points: As for many properties, the premises are locked at night and the guard needs to be awaken. Keys would be easier.

Positive points: Good value for the size of room and location. Is a Starbucks and 7/11 style store about 100 meter away, plus other cafes and restaurants everywhere. Walk to city centre is about 15-20 minutes. This area of city is very green compared to most other parts, so walking is more pleasant and doable. Our room was not facing street so it may be why was surprisingly quiet. Sleeping in was no problem..:)

Negative points: Was all good, however - room was actually too big for our needs, we had no use for the living room and kitchen, plus the bathroom had 2 sinks and a bathtub, which wasn't required.
