Review: We stayed for a night and the rooms were quite nice, well lit, and very clean. The receptionist at the front was friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that smoking seems to be allowed in the hallways and the hot water runs out quickly.
Positive points: The staff are really good and very helpful. We can communicate in English with them.
Negative points: The cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved.
Review: I will gladly stay here next time I visit Danang. The place looks very bright and clean, with a great view from upstairs. Sleep quality was good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and allowed me to check out late before my flight. 🙏
Positive points: The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early and left our luggage on the leaving day to be able to explore the city.
Review: Thank you for a wonderful night I had at Khanh Linh Hotel. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The facilities were basic and made my stay confortable. I would not hesitate to come back again in the future if I have a chance to have a stop in Danang.
Positive points:
Got the city view room. Very clean, comfortable bed, (those firm foam ones, not too hard for me), staff were great, quick and cheap laundry.
Plenty of local bahn mi, and pho etc around.
Would recommend
Negative points: Hot water was short lived on the 8th floor, but a minor thing really.
Review: Khanh Linh hotel is near the airport. The room is clean and hotel staff is friendly. I'd like to recommend my friend and my family to stay here for their trip.

The fact that this place has a rating of 9 baffles me, the entire stay was horrible and I moved after the first night even though I had 3 planned. Thankfully I didn't pay upfront so there was no issue with having to pay for more than 1 night and the lady at the front desk was understanding.
However the entire place is old and run down and the worst is that everything smells like old cigarettes, like the odour is stuck in the walls, which is not surprising considering the smoking area is in the hallway right outside the rooms. It's even worse in the bathroom where the odour mixes with the one of sewage. In the room I was in, pigeons where in front of the windows so there was a big sign not to open the windows otherwise they would get in. They poop and make noise right infront of the window which is not pleasant.
On top of that there are dust mites crawling everywhere on the floor and walls (thankfully not in the bed) and although harmless it's not very pleasant.
The location is honestly very mediocre and I didn't always feel safe when walking around as some men were trying to stop and talk to me and people were looking at me weird. I also heard a few screams that concerned me that were presumably coming from inside the building.

Review: Clogged shower drain and dusty Aircon does not make the stay pleasant. And being constantly aware to not dirty the bed sheets because it would incurred charges makes you feel uncomfortable

The services was very great and impressive.
We booked triple room for 2 adults and 2 children with twin room we went for check-in at 10 p.m. and our children are already slept, so reception gave us the room key in advance to prepare ourselves before check-in. That helped us a lot. Because I didn't have any free hand.
When we reached the hotel, we got recommended for the better room with king bed + 1 single which is most suit for our family without charge. The room was clean and close to airport.
I would strongly recommend this hotel if you want to travel in Danang.
Positive points: Location is good, close to DAD airport and staff are v helpful!
Negative points: The air conditioning is not ok esp for this hot season and for rooms on 9/F (highest level)

Positive points: I highly appreciate the staff for their honesty as they immediately notified me of a belonging I left at their hotel, they were courteous and accomodating as well.
Review: Clean and well-equipped room. Please use the faucet gently to avoid splashing water as the water pressure is stronger than expected. The hotel is located in the central area with many restaurants around. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it's worth the money. Will come back if there is a chance 👏🏻
