Positive points: Being just right in-front of the Pink Cathedral was a plus point. I managed to meet Fr Joseph after the Sunday 10am English mass and even got him to bless my crucifixes ..

It is ideally located in commercial area and eatery a plenty. We even managed to get to the Dragon bridge in time for blowing of Fire and Water from Dragon’s mouth on Sunday at 9pm. A brightly lighted city with it’s reflection on the Han River was stunning

Breakfast spread was good.

Review: The reception staff are enthusiastic and attentive. They take very good care of guests, and from the moment you enter, you feel respected and receive enthusiastic support from handling your luggage to check-in and check-out. The bedroom is clean, though the soundproofing is not very good. If you don't have trouble sleeping, it's fine the service is good and the location makes this hotel worthy of being a top choice.

Positive points: Staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is close to all amenities, eg. Food, cafe, pubs, and massage. Very convenient and all with walking distance.

Review: I chose this place because of its convenient location near tourist attractions and the presence of great restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues:

1. **Cleanliness**: I found a hair tie in the room that did not belong to me, and there was an obvious mold mark on the bed sheet. These should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

2. **Maintenance**: One of the cloth hanger clips was broken, which posed a safety hazard as I almost got hurt by it.

I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.

Positive points: Excellent breakfast except the Pho Noodle Soup just warm, should be hotter. The fruits are great and so is the coffee.N

Positive points: Hotel is conveniently located to attractions like Han River, Golden Dragon Bridge, Han Market, the pink cathedral and plenty of F&B options. Particularly enjoyed the hotel daily breakfast noodle soups. The hotel staff were friendly and patient.

Positive points: Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, great location.

Review: We had a change in travel plans and Mr Thien could not have done more for us, he was the best! The staff were all exceptional from the breakfast area to front of house, although the fitness centre treadmills are in need of a service as they arent running worthy unless you want to be hurt! And although massages are named differently they isnt any difference truth be told.

Positive points: Great location for restaurants and bars with a lovely view of the river from our apartment. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the property is clean.
