Review: This hotel location is superb, it got all my itinerary places covered in just walking distance. However I find the room has a smell, not too pleasant for me, but the staffs are friendly enough to offer an air diffuser to help this matter with. Appreciate that. Would recommend for a window view next time

Positive points: Location is amazing. Close to many restaurants. But the main part is the view to the pink church from the hotel. It's beautiful, especially at night. I'd recommend booking a room that's facing the church directly.

Review: 位置好，离粉红教堂和han市场非常非常近。酒店提供了洗衣机，可以免费使用。早餐非常差，只有冷餐（面包、火腿、水果等），没有热食（除了煎蛋和自助的泡面）。另外因为酒店比较新，隐约还能闻到甲醛味。

Positive points: Excellent staff on the front desk. Friendly, helpful, responsive. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower with lots of hot water. Free use of laundry facilities is very handy. Walking distance to the Drsgon Bridge, markets, and other conveniences.

Review: We spent 10 nights here over Christmas. Our room was gorgeous- modern, spotless and spacious.
Staff here are amazing, they are so attentive and kind. Nothing was too much, they helped me organise a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. We got sick during our stay and they were really excellent at checking in and keeping us comfortable.
Service like this is M Villages best asset, Jerry was an absolute gent on reception!
Gym was great and lobby area and cafe were fantastic.
My only complaint about it is the soundproofing, I found this the same as most accommodation in Vietnam, unfortunately there were a lot of loud guests late at night so as a light sleeper I found that challenging.
Overall a beautiful hotel and I'd stay again tomorrow!

Positive points: Truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, with well-maintained facilities that create a serene atmosphere. The room was spacious, and clean.

Review: I had a lovely stay at the hotel due to the accommodating staff. The bed was unfortunately hard, but thankfully they had a mattress pad to provide to help improve that. When having a city view it can get a bit noisy unfortunately. But it was lovely to see the Cathedral. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was kind and responsive. Loved being able to do my own laundry there!

Positive points: Rooms were perfect for my needs! Super comfortable beds and good shower with consistent hot water. Rooms cleaned daily and water provided. The free laundry was a massive bonus too. Loved my stay here I even extended an extra night. Location was great too, only a short walk to dragon bridge and market.

Review: Nice weather, nice staff, nice room and very good stay. The nice lady at the reception gave me a warm welcome and detailed introduction of the hotel facilities. She also gave me the list of some recommended places. The hotel is quite new so the room facilities are all good, strong wifi is a big plus. Overall I really enjoy my first stay at M Village and will definitely consider to book this chain for my next trips.

Review: Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, rất sạch sẽ. Ks nằm ngay trung tâm nên rất tiện di chuyển. Xung quanh có rất nhiều qán ăn và cf ngon. Ks không có hầm xe nên bạn nào thuê xe máy thì để ở ngoài nha
