Review: Great value for money. Peaceful and calm, yet close to the city, Perfect if you want some tranquility but also want to be close to the city.

Positive points: The room, location and view of the river was amazing. I felt relaxed and relieved from the busy holiday schedule that I had planned before arriving here. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful. I forget all their names, there was three of them (Quyen is the one I remember).

Review: Bedroom floor was dirty, buffet breakfast looks sad as they were catering to dwindling guests. Only redeeming feature is their outdoor onsen which I enjoyed. Staff customer service was excellent. Pool looks sad and small too. Wouldn’t recommend at the current price point.

Positive points: Amazing resort with exceptional customer service. The breakfast spread was delicious with something for everyone. The onsen was cherry on top.

Review: This place offered the Japanese Onsen experience that no other place in Da Nang does. The front desk, Phương, Mạnh, and Quỳnh are always helpful and available with a smile. Our flight was delayed till 1 AM and they were so nice and hold our baggage till late night!!

Positive points: The location of the Blossom Resort is truly an oasis in the city. It's a chill place with an amazing riverside setting and views of the ferris wheel and amusement park. The neighborhood around the resort is quiet and pleasant to walk in and the onsen was wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing. We especially appreciated how hard Manh worked to ensure our comfortable stay, from onsen use, to accommodating our family in a villa, to arranging airport transfer. We appreciate the resort making our last couple of days in Vietnam so pleasant.

Review: The resort offered top-notch facilities, from the well-maintained pool to the reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were attentive and the cleanliness standards were impeccable. The location was ideal, and we had no issues with parking. We enjoyed peaceful nights thanks to the comfortable beds and hot water showers. Overall, a superb experience.

Review: We stayed here for 3 nights, and days flew by so fast we didn't realize. Place os fantastic, and I would highly recommend the King Villa with Private Steam Sauna - Foot Massage, Onsen Access that's Included in the price.
Staff is super polite and helpful especially Tram, Thao, Manh, Quynh and Phuong, super cool people, and they all made sure our stay was top notch.

Review: The resort is designed to remind you of a Japanese resort and spa. From the open design to the Onsen (sento, really).

The location for us, was great. The resort is on an Island in the middle of a river, There are multiple coffee shops on the island. It is a short walk or ride to the "mainland".

The welcoming staff, Quynh, Thao, Tram, Manh, and Phuong were pleasant, professional, and helpful. Check in and Check out were quick and easy,. They provided a great explanation of all the benefits of the stay.

Everything was very clean. The room was a little small, but comfortable. Keeping in mind again it being reminiscent of Japanese rooms.

The Spa (Onsen/Sento) was a treat! It included washing/shower stations, a single hot mineral bath, sauna, steam room, and cold water bath. It was great! (Western travelers, check out the rules and traditions behind an Onsen before visiting.)

The breakfast buffet was nice. The restaurant staff, Hue, Thuy, and Nhi were attentive, friendly and helpful. They have a very large Granola Bar with fresh yogurt that was the highlight of our breakfast.

The open design meant that some of the breakfast buffet was exposed and attracted some fruit flies. This did not put too much of a damper on our breakfast.

Recommendation to the hotel: try covering a bit more of the buffet.

Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back again.,

Positive points: At 5am, water started leaking from the roof and our luggage got soaked. We asked for a room change, but the room we were moved to was small, moldy, and had no hot water. As a result, we were unable to sleep from 5am, and had a very sleepy and stressful day.

Review: Very zen spa resort. Good for couples. Love the atmosphere and the location. In the city but secluded. It gets noisy at times because of sun world and the clubs across the river but for the most part it is quite a lovely retreat in the middle of the city. The food is stellar and the breakfast menu is extensive. The quality of the food and attentive care of the staff are the best part of the hotel! The facilities could use some attention as the tv in our room didn’t really work, the air conditioner leaked, and pillows smelled of mould but the staff are attentive and eager to help. Overall an amazing stay!

Positive points: I stayed 2 nights. All things, location, hospitality, cleanness, food etc., are good or excellent. Even if it rained, I could enjoy hotel life. They upgraded without costs.
