Positive points: The staff does all it can to help.

Review: Not very well run or well trained staff. Rooms by the street are very noisy from traffic. Staf entered my room without knocking. Children running through the halls screaming in the morning and late in the day. Big buffet breakfast but the food is not very fresh. I am sure there are better hotels for the money

Review: The hotel is probably very good if you have a more expensive room. Budget rooms are very old and very used. Nice pool, but remember to bring everything as there are no service or people on the top floor.
Nice massage, but order massage therapy if you want a real massage -)

I was in Da Nang a week after staying here and I had problems acquiring a Business Visa Extension. I went to the hotel and the staff was trying very hard to help. In the end the referred me to a place that fixed my Visa.

Review: Very run down rooms with dim lighting. Dreadful room with worn out wooden flooring. Hotel needs a major makeover badly. We left without asking for a refund and checked ourselves in at Mercure Danang.
