Positive points: I highly recommend this accomodation. It’s in excellent condition and perfect location. The price is affordable and the host was very responsive. Would absolutely love to stay again in the near future.
Positive points: The location is convenient, with convenience stores, places of eating, coffee shops, banks, etc just within 1 min walk!
Negative points:
The property is badly maintained, list of issues:
- toilets smell awful with constant sewage smells
- sofa is hard with no cushion! Like sitting on rocks
- mattress is worst, sleep on top of coil springs with no foam at all
- one pillow per guest only!
- badly maintained throughout the place,
- insufficient lighting in the dining area and toilet area
- PIR lighting feature is annoying even in the bedroom! it will light up the whole room when you go to the toilet!
- Poor communal lighting at the entrance door, with no light at all, please use your mobile phone flashlight!
Positive points: The penthouse with 5Brs is very large and beautiful. Great location. Many convenient places nearby to eat and drink.

Negative points: Bồn tắm có cái nút chặn nữa là perfect, sửa nhanh nhé chủ nhà ơi. Với để ít bột giặt cho khách đỡ phải đi mua.
