Review: Loved this hotel, especially the value for the rate. Staff was outstanding. Great location for local neighborhoods and away from heavy tourist areas. I have stayed in many hotels in da Nang but this is my favorite.
Positive points: Great location, clean.
Negative points: No window in my room.

Review: room was good for the price, not five star but clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Especially the checkout team (Lady's name starts with a "C" but I didn't catch it all).

Review: Centrally located. Han Market, Han River, Church all within waking distance. Food outlet and restaurant are easily accessible.
Positive points: The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. They cleaned it every day. Location of the hotel is perfect!
Negative points: The room was overall clean (they clean it every day) but not in depth. There were some cigarettes left from the previous stay in one of the drawers.
Review: Same hotel every time I visit Da Nang. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, including the proprietress. She is there to greet guests at breakfast every morning. Rooms are nice and clean, and location fantastic. Walking distance to everything
Positive points: We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Dai A hotel. Reception was efficient the room was clean and tidy the aircon worked well and the soundproofing on the windows kept a lot of the honking horns out. No breakfast is provided but their is great little coffee shop next door, a banh mi lady next to that and a Pho noodle shop 50m down the street.
Negative points: This is a basic no frills hotel, the shower makes the toilet wet when you use it and there are limited power points for charging phones etc but these weren't problems for us as we expected them.

Review: We stayed here for two nights, but ended up extending our stay as it was such a nice place. Staff are very friendly and always greet you when you return from sightseeing. Our room had an absolutely enormous bed - literally two double beds pushed together!

Negative points: busy hotel with too much noise from neighbors. There was some children sneaking into my room
