Positive points: All good...very clean...

Review: Highlights: It's quite peaceful all day because their type of guests are really respectful and polite. Free hot-cold bath with a spectacular view, free sauna that is so relaxing and unique. Their breakfast is really healthy and delicious. Various signature Japanese dishes that they cook very well.
Staff: Super nice, friendly, polite, and helpful, and they take really good care of every guest. All staff can speak Japanese.
The location is a bit out of town, 1-2 km away, taxi/grab fare 30-40k, but there are restaurants nearby.
Cleaning service every day, super clean and meticulous. When I put up the "do not disturb" sign, they will leave 2 complimentary bottles of water and towels at the desk for the receptionist to give me when I return. I found it very nice of them and a professional service.
Breakfast: About 10 different choices of Japanese dishes. Every dish I had was fantastic all the time. Compared to other traditional hotel buffet styles, I think it's very healthy and delicious for my stomach, balanced, fresh, and of good quality.
Free Hot-Cold Bath and Sauna: They have scheduled times for ladies and men at different times during the morning and evening. You can access their big hot bath, cold bath, and sauna for free every day. I felt really relaxed and noticed healthier skin after a few days.
Price: Affordable price for what they offer and the service I received. They also have a washing machine and dryer for free use.

Review: Staff: helpful, friendly, polite, and professional all the time.
Location: quiet places, within walking distance to restaurants, opposite the hotel is a nice path for running/walking exercise, 2km away from the town center and easy to get a grab/taxi for 30-50k.
Breakfast: a great bonus because it's Japanese style, so healthy and gives a lot of energy for the whole day, it comes with many choices or buffet style when the hotel has a certain number of guests. Both options are great all the time I think the chef fills the food with love.
Hot-cold with sauna bath: amazing that you pay a really affordable price to get this free great offer, a unique experience compared to other hotels.
Cleanliness: everything is to Japanese standards of cleanliness.
Overall, if you don't mind taking a grab/taxi to the town or beach which is really cheap, want to stay in a quiet place with high standard services and have a lovely Japanese breakfast... it's a great place to consider for your stay.

Review: My stay was great, can’t fault it, the breakfast buffet was good, the room was very good, comfortable bed, Japanese toilet which was nice. Sadly no pool even though the photo on Agoda had one. Other than that can’t fault it, nice staff too!
