Review: Good location
Positive points: The best part in this hotel is the staff, especially Ngoc, the house maid, who is doing her best to make the room neat, clean and tidy, everyday, she supplies our room with 2 water bottles, clean sheets and linen, all the credit go to the staff and the manager.
Negative points: Nothing
Review: This hotel is located above a cafe - there is no reception or staff available. To enter, you will have to pass by the cafe toilet which I can smell from my floor. The room is poorly ventilated, reeking of bathroom smell. The bathroom design is also a work of art: The shower area is located in between the toilet and entrance which makes no sense at all. The only good thing about this place is the price and location, but you can find decent hotels in the area in similar price range
Positive points: Location was good places to eat, shop
Negative points: My first experience with complete on line check in and payment. I think a little better explanation on how the whole things works beforehand. Would be helpful
Review: The 'hotel' is located very close to the Han River and most tourist spots for Da Nang City are within walking distance. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. However there is no reception desk within the 'hotel' if you need something urgently. Overall we are satisfied with the place, and it is good value.
Positive points: Room is good and clean enough. Location Is also good
Negative points: Worst management ever, I booked through booking.com without cancellation and supposed to charge my card directly. The next day hotel manager sent the cleaning lady to collect the money from me. When I told them that my card should be charged through booking they told me that they don't pay this service and can't collect the money. I told them that I need time to check if my card is charged and will get back to them. Then I asked to pay by card the POS suddenly broke and would be fixed 2 days after when I would be there. Next morning I used the POS normally to pay a coffee ( they don't even know how to lie) . I asked for proof of my payment and they bring it to me last day before I check out. Lady who is responsible for bookings was keep sending me messages in WhatsApp for 2 days ruined my vacation days and all the time blaming booking.com saying that it's their fault ( which is totally wrong ) for your peace if you want to stay there just bring cash with you!!!

Positive points: Excellent view and location, the room is quite spacious, beds are comfortable. It's very clean as a cleaner comes everyday!
Negative points:
Walls/windows are not soundproof so on some days it can be quite noisy outside in the evening but most of the time it's calm and quiet!
Would be nice to have a bin in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom!
Review: Nice place , easy find
Positive points:
The location is fantastic. Next to the Fantastic bridge that can be seen from the room. The personnel was very helpful (and this is appreciated as the code/key system of the room is not so easy! )
The room was wide, cleaned and with window, shower with hot water, cleaning of the room is done daily by default, Wifi was working perfectly. Good value for money
15 min from airport with taxi.
Negative points: Would suggest a stricter management of the late noise at night (guests and personnel should understand that they are not alone in the hotel and that after sightseeing a long day, we would appreciate to relax in a quiet environment ). That is what i did not give 10/10, hoping that you can improve this point for future guests). Otherwise all was good ! And definitely recommending this well located hotel
Review: I liked how close it was to places I wanted to visit in Da Nang and how close it was to the airport.
Positive points: Location is perfect.
Negative points: The bed was not cleaned. Full of dust, so didn’t get good sleep. But the rest was fine.

The owner was considerate to my needs and very helpful, he always responded promptly.
Room is clean and good location, close to the train station and airport. Very convenient if you have a stopover in the city.
Negative points: If you're a light sleeper, you'll need earplugs. It's like an apartment building actually, so the cafe downstairs shares an access to the ground floor, and you can hear the echoing when someone opens the door. Depending on who your neighbor is, you might also hear them in the hallway.

Good location, had a room at the back which was quiet, internet was fine.
You receive the key via a lockbox.
Downstairs there is a small cafe.
Communication was prompt.
There was some noise at times from renovation, but I expect that is now complete.
I would stay here again.
