Review:
The room was awful
The image on agoda are not the same at property. The room has no window, very moldy, dirty. The towel was turning black with awful stinky smell
I have to left right after check in to find anther hotel
Positive points: On a positive note, the staff was very polite, and we don’t blame them personally for what happened. The real issue lies with the hotel's management, which clearly needs significant improvement

Our worst accommodation experience in Vietnam.
The rooms we received were different from the ones shown in the Booking.com photos. The payment options listed included credit cards, but upon arrival, we were told they only accepted cash and mobile app payments like mb bank.
The bathroom was infested with cockroaches, and the shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom to flood after use. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable—almost like sleeping on a stone.
We requested a discount due to these issues, but they refused. Instead, they offered to let us cancel the booking for free. However, since we were exhausted and didn’t want to waste time searching for another place, we chose to stay and make the most of our time in the city.
As compensation, we asked if they could do our laundry for free, but they even managed to mishandle that. They lost an entire bag of our clothes. After a full day, we recovered most of our belongings, but some items were permanently lost.

Review: The receptionist is very enthusiastic in assisting guests, the housekeeping staff is polite, the hotel is clean, the city center has a professional reception with a perfect score of 100, no doubt about it ❤️
Positive points: The room was huge, complimentary water, coffee, and tea is always a nice touch. The view from the street was nice. Even though was a busy street during the day, it was quiet in the evening.
Negative points: Hot water from the shower runs out very quickly

Cons: No sauna, very terrible hygiene, I am quite allergic to the dust and itchy all days. Even dust alot found under at beds. Everything ok clean except the bed.
Noisy sound until 1am + due to the karaoke beside the hotel and loud sound when the ppl passed by the room.
Pro: safe near to soldier office, free luggage storage, polite staffs

Check in 6 Dec 24 ~ It was the last stay of our trip. Housekeeping was poor, room is outdated.
I booked a Queen Room with a Balcony but was given a Triple Room with a City view, which is a completely different room type/design. The room had a slight smell, and the bedsheet wasn’t clean, with stains & dust ! I’m not sure if it was due to not being changed, a laundry issue, or the dusty environment, as the hotel seems to be undergoing renovations. The entrance door was difficult to lock and open with the 'key.' The furniture was old, the balcony sliding door had stains, and the toilet mats were dirty. The communal areas and the walkway from the lift to the room were dusty. I’ve never experienced such a degree of poor cleanliness.
The staff was kind when I complained and switched us to an even bigger room as compensation: an Apartment with a View and Balcony. It was a bigger room with a problematic balcony door and slightly cleaner than the previous one. We accepted it for just one night before we flew home the next morning.
Road noise, a firm bed, and no breakfast. Room price was cheap, as I thought it was the reason for the monsoon season, but the price was cheap because of the outdated room, is not right !
I believe this hotel had its glory days 5-6 years ago, but I regret booking it.
Review: The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The owner and staff are enthusiastic and charming. The hotel is conveniently located near the riverside, making it easy to travel and dine.

Review: Ninh and Anh are very nice and welcoming receptionist. The first room that Anh propose to me was not on my taste and without hesitation she propose me second and better one. Room is wide with large balcony and have good isolation againts noise of the street. The hotel is not situate at a corner that mean you dont hear a lot of cars and bike horning. I reserve there 4 nights and increase to 6 nights.
Positive points: Very friendly, attentive staff.
Negative points: Could use a softer bed and replace the dirty old toilet mats.

After COVID they have new management which is still ironing out glitches. Front rooms are nicer than ones in the back.
Not near anything. Need ride own scooter or use Grab app ride.
Positive points: Good location and we were allowed to check in early. Room was spacious and had free toiletries.
Negative points: Very hard and uncomfortable beds. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep with the loud music coming from next door.
Review: Binh at the front desk deserves special mention for the way she went out of her way to help us out with our tour plans. She was caring, thoughtful, and efficient. The day receptionist however was utterly unhelpful. Room was spacious and had a balcony. AC, wifi, and hot water worked reliably. Bed was a bit on the firmer side but quite comfortable. There was a fridge and a electric kettle. Bathroom amenities included toothbrush and toothpaste too!
Positive points: Ok but no window in room and smelt damp ,but very cheap price and it was ok for one night
