Review: The hotel was overall fine. The rooms where not well maintained, but acceptable clean. The staff struggled with english, but smiled at you atleast. The worst thing about our room was that the noise from the city was very loud. Almost as if you were sleeping on the side of the road. Overall 3/5 experience because it was a very cheap stay.
Positive points:
The room was clean and functional with everything you needed for an overnight. Can't expect more for the price.
Handy for the airport. Taxi was less than 5 mins to departures.
Negative points:
On a busy street and soundproofing wasn't great.
Staff weren't overly helpful or friendly.
Need to get a taxi to get into the centre.

Awkward stairway to haul suitcase up on 4th floor level.

Positive points: Everything is good for me as my experience. The bed is so nice and comfy . Plus , it is pet friendly and I can bring my cat without paying extra charge. Also,the staffs are friendly and can speak English well too

Positive points: Although the room was quite small, it was very clean and cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was great. The WiFi password was provided to us multiple times and the internet was good. One of the closest hotels to the airport, and there is a secret alley behind the Highlands Coffee across the street where you can actually walk to the airport totally free in around 5-10 minutes. The staff were also organized and professional, and seem to understand how to handle being an "airport" hotel with fast and easy check-out.
Negative points: The room was very small, almost too small to be comfortable except for short stays. The bathroom was good, but difficult to go in and out because of the small doorway. The room claimed to have a minibar but there was nothing available during our stay, and the closest mini marts were pretty far away. Our room was surprisingly quiet, although I imagine the rooms facing the street might be noisier.

Negative points: Very noisy, big road is just under the window. There are a lot of liitle ants in the room.

We arrived at airport late night and wanted to spend night at some hotel with low cost. We book this hotel and were really surprised to see that we got so many things in that budget at this hotel.
Positive points: Perfect location for the airport! Comfortable room with good wifi, nice hot shower too.
Negative points: Not the best soundproofing, quite a bit of street noise
Review: We booked this hotel for 30th April 2024 and check in time was 2 pm. However we reached this hotel by 12pm and the Hotel guy were ao humble and he immediately gave us the room without asking us to wait till check in. The room was good and its just 3 mins walkable from Airport. Next day while check out we requested them to keep our bags at reception as our bus from Da Nang to Hanoi was at 7.30pm and without asking questions they kept our bags with no charge. I am really impressed with the service.
