Review: Need to improve breakfast. Not much options. Specious and cleanliness 👍 services are quite good.
Positive points: Breakfast was very delicious and there was a nice variety of international and local food. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Review: The location is convenient and very suitable for those who enjoy walking as it is just a few hundred meters from Bạch Đằng pedestrian street. The rooms are clean, and the staff is enthusiastic. There is a slight difficulty when pressing the elevator button because the touch is not very responsive. 😝

Positive points: I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and provided amazing service. The room had great city views and excellent amenities. The swimming pool on the top floor was beautiful, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and the free car service to the airport was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Positive points: We stayed there to catch a very early flight the next day. It turned out to be surprisingly good.

Positive points: Service was professional and good. Staff were able to help me with my enquiries and requests. Room was comfortable and clean, ample space for solo guest (friend stays in another room).
Negative points: Lighting in room was a tad dim, but this should be personal preference. Lift access takes a while due to high occupancy (and function room use).
